1How long does it take?
To keep the cost of our property videography and property photography services down we only send one camera operator to the house. Whilst this takes slightly longer, we are usually in and out within 1-3 hours. Our property videographer will firstly capture all video clips of the house, going through each individual room to find the best angles and lighting arrangements. Once they have completed the videography, they will repeat the process with photographing the property. The reason we do it in two sweeps is to ensure that we have completely covered the video side of things before moving on to photos and when we then take photos we know exactly what and how we intend to shoot which streamlines the overall process. We also make sure to put everything back exactly as it was before we started in each room. Small things like adjusting curtains and making sure that stains don't show on furnishings can add more time to our shoot.
2Do I need to clean the home?
Ideally, yes - we find that it is best for potential buyers to have a blank(ish) canvas so that they can imagine what the house will be like if they lived in it with their own belongings. For this reason we may move certain items to tidy each room before photographing or taking videos - we will always check with the homeowner before touching any of their belongings, and it's usually only small things such as moving any clutter off countertops and hiding toiletries.
3How much does it cost?
As a guideline a single bedroom flat might cost £295 for videography and a 5 bedroom house could cost £375-800 depending on the number of overall rooms, style of video and a few other factors such as whether you will include cut away shots of the local area and amenities.Multi-bracketed photography costs £125-275 dependant on the size of the property. 4What is the turnaround time?
We aim to deliver our videos and photos within 5 working days, typically it takes just 3 days. However there may be times that we are fully booked and if it is going to take longer we will discuss the turnaround time with you.
