Professional, friendly and took great care with my project from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about a thing, I simply gave them the brief and they did the rest.

I used The Camera Guys to create some personal training videos to use for my social media marketing and it was well worth the investment! I have seen more clients through the door than ever before and the videos are exceptional.

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend The Camera Guys to anyone looking for a professional videographer. Friendly, reliable and professional from start to finish.
If you're looking for a videographer or photographer in Suffolk, I couldn't recommend them enough. Excellent service from beginning to end.

These guys are fantastic. I could not recommend them highly enough. They have filmed 3 music videos for me so far and I now refuse to use anyone else!

OUR PROCESS
Bring us a finished brief, a rough idea or simply a problem you need to communicate. We can take it from there.
Tell us what your corporate video needs to achieve, who it is for and where it will be used. Whether you need a brand film, customer testimonial or campaign video, we turn early ideas into a clear creative brief.
Outcome: A focused creative brief.
Our pre-production planning covers the story, script, interview questions, locations, shot list and schedule. That keeps your corporate video production organised and makes the filming day run smoothly.
Outcome: A clear plan for the shoot.
Our videographer brings professional cameras, lighting and sound to your location, directing interviews and capturing purposeful B-roll while helping people feel comfortable on camera.
Outcome: The footage and sound to tell your story.
In post-production, we shape the footage into a clear story through video editing, sound design, colour grading, captions and agreed motion graphics.
Outcome: A polished cut to review.
We export the finished corporate film in the right formats for your website, social media, presentations, internal communications or campaign, including shorter edits where agreed.
Outcome: Final files ready to use.

When the people, location and production kit are already together, a little forward planning can turn one shoot into far more useful content.
That doesn’t mean filming everything for the sake of it. We plan the outputs that support your campaign, audience and budget.

ONE PRODUCTION DAY. MULTIPLE USEFUL DELIVERABLES.
One full filming day for Southwold Maize Maze produced more than 100 pieces of content, including multiple promotional edits and one overall film.
VIEW THE PROJECT →ONE SHOOT. WEEKS OF CONTENT.
If we’re already bringing the crew, cameras and lighting in for a main film, it makes sense to capture more while we’re there.
With a little planning beforehand, the same filming day can give you content for your website, LinkedIn, social media, internal communications and future campaigns — without needing to organise another shoot.
When agreed in the scope, the same production can include corporate photography, drone filming and videography — planned together for a consistent visual style. Additional crew, permissions and outputs are confirmed before booking.
How much we can capture depends on the brief. The important part is planning it before the filming day, so we know exactly what needs to be shot while everyone is there.
WHY THE CAMERA GUYS
Corporate filming rarely happens in a perfectly quiet studio. We are used to offices that stay open, industrial sites with access rules, contributors with limited time and approval chains that need clear milestones.
More than 15 years of hands-on production experience across corporate, commercial, event and creative work.
One joined-up plan can cover moving image, workplace stills, headshots and campaign assets without asking separate suppliers to interpret the brief.
Some interviews need one experienced videographer. Multi-room events, simultaneous activity and larger productions may need additional operators, photographers or specialist roles.
Camera, lighting and professional audio are considered alongside story editing, colour, sound, graphics, captions and the final versions from the start.
Schedules account for inductions, PPE, noise, confidential areas, available space, customer access and the operational needs of the business being filmed.
Named deliverables, realistic milestones and consolidated feedback keep multiple stakeholders aligned from the brief through to approved files.
WHERE WE WORK
From a local office to a nationwide team.
Your people and premises are part of your story. From our base near Sudbury in Suffolk, we bring cameras, lighting and sound to businesses across Essex, Cambridge, London and the wider UK — capturing interviews, customer stories and everyday work in the places where it happens.
Whether we’re visiting one office or filming across several branches, we plan around working hours, site access and the people you need on screen. A shared brief keeps the pictures, interviews and finished edits consistent across every location.

GOOD TO KNOW
Straight answers about planning, filming and working with our production team.
Every brief is different, so a responsible quote starts with the scope. Planning, crew, filming hours or days, locations, travel, equipment, editing, graphics, captions and the number of finished versions all affect it. We will set out what is included and link it to the agreed deliverables.
It can include discovery, creative direction, scripting or interview questions, scheduling, location planning, filming, professional audio and lighting, editing, colour, sound, graphics, music, captions, review and delivery. A simple interview may use only part of that process; a larger campaign can use all of it.
Yes. Start with the communication problem, audience, deadline and where the finished content will be used. We can help turn that into an appropriate concept, format, production plan and list of deliverables — you do not need to choose cameras or arrive with a finished script.
Yes. Scripted material is shaped for natural delivery and realistic runtime. For interviews, we prepare prompts around the story the film needs, then ask them conversationally so contributors can answer in their own words rather than reciting marketing copy.
That is normal. We explain the process, keep the room calm, avoid an unnecessary audience and give one clear prompt at a time. A conversational interview, good eyeline and time to restart an answer usually produce a more natural result than asking somebody to memorise a speech.
Yes. We look for a suitable background, enough working space and the quietest practical room, then bring lighting and separate audio. Where offices remain operational, we schedule around noise, staff movement, customer access and any confidential material that should not appear.
Yes. Depending on the brief, we can capture supporting stills with a streamlined team or provide dedicated videographers and photographers working together. Planning both uses in advance helps protect time, framing and consistency.
Yes. Tell us the intended platforms before filming so composition, prompts, graphics and clean standalone moments can be planned for landscape, square or vertical delivery. Derivative versions still need their own edit, captions and review; they are not simply automatic crops.
A controlled interview may move quickly, while a multi-location film with several stakeholders takes longer. We build a schedule for discovery, pre-production, filming, first edit, feedback and delivery around the real scope and any fixed launch or event date.
Yes. We regularly work across Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and London, and travel throughout the UK. Multi-location productions are planned around access windows, contributor availability, travel and which crew or equipment needs to move between sites.
