Individual staff headshots were an explicit part of the Hive Kids website brief. These outdoor portraits introduced the people behind the activities, alongside a separate collection of activity photography and films.

For a team session, we agree appointment slots and a named coordinator. Share practical clothing guidance in advance and leave a little flexibility for late arrivals. We keep direction clear and make small adjustments, rather than expecting everyone to arrive knowing how to pose.

A useful headshot style can be repeated. Background, framing, light and crop all affect consistency across a growing team. Tell us if future starters need to fit the same look. Broader environmental portraits and group pictures belong in a team portrait brief.

SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY

Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.

We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.

I dislike having my photograph taken. Can you help?

Yes. We give simple direction and work through small changes in posture and expression. You do not need posing experience.

Can you photograph a whole team at our workplace?

Yes. We agree a suitable space, a schedule and the number of people before quoting.

Will the photographs be heavily retouched?

We discuss the finish you want. Colour, exposure and crop are part of the standard editing conversation; specific skin, clothing or background retouching should be agreed in the brief.

What should we wear?

Choose clothing that reflects how you want to appear professionally and sits comfortably. Bring your brand guidance and avoid leaving outfit decisions until the session starts.
