BUILT AROUND YOUR BRIEF

Document the process without getting in its way.

Behind-the-scenes photography gives an audience a way into how a project is made. It can show a crew at work, the build-up to a performance, a set taking shape or the care behind a product. The coverage needs to fit around the main production, with clear boundaries about access and what can be shared.

Agree the story and the boundaries.

Tell us which parts of the process matter, who needs to appear and what must remain confidential. We work from a schedule and a named production contact, with any restricted areas, embargoed material or commercially sensitive details identified before the shoot.

Keep the production moving.

A BTS photographer needs room to observe without blocking cameras, distracting performers or interrupting a live take. We agree safe working positions, movement and any restrictions on flash or sound. Directed crew portraits can be planned for a suitable break rather than inserted into a busy sequence.

Separate documentation from campaign imagery.

Candid process photographs and carefully staged promotional portraits serve different purposes. We can discuss both, but give each the time it needs. For a broader launch collection, commercial brand photography helps connect the supporting images to the finished campaign.

SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY

A considered quote.

Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.

We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.

Can you work alongside a film crew?

Yes. We agree the coverage with the production lead and work within the camera, sound and movement restrictions of the set.

Will you publish photographs before our launch?

Discuss confidentiality and embargoes in the booking. Publication and portfolio use should follow the agreed permissions.

Can you photograph rehearsals and preparation?

Yes. Include those periods in the schedule, with the appropriate venue and production permissions.

Are video frame grabs the same service?

No. Dedicated still photography is planned and captured as photographs. A frame taken from a video should be described as a video still.
