01How long does a property shoot take?

Most property shoots take around 1–3 hours, depending on the size of the property and the brief. We usually work with one camera operator, capturing the film first and then the photography. Larger properties, agent introductions and additional aerial coverage may need more time.

02Can you photograph and film the property in one visit?

Yes. A combined shoot gives you a coordinated set of photographs and film without booking separate suppliers. Tell us which rooms, views and details matter most, and we will plan the visit around them.

03How much does property photography and videography cost?

We quote for each property individually, based on its size, the style of film and the photographs and edits you need. Drone coverage and local-area footage can also affect the quote. Send us the property details and your brief, or see our current filming and editing rates. View our filming and editing rates.

04How should the property be prepared?

Clear worktops, put away toiletries and remove unnecessary clutter so viewers can imagine themselves in the space. We may suggest small adjustments to curtains or furnishings, but we always check with the homeowner before moving belongings and put them back afterwards.

05When will the photographs and film be ready?

We aim to deliver photographs and video within five working days, often sooner. We agree the delivery schedule before the shoot and let you know if a busy period or more involved edit needs longer.

06Do you work with estate agents and commercial properties?

Yes. We work with estate agents, homeowners and commercial clients, photographing and filming homes, apartments and commercial properties. We are based in Suffolk and work across the UK.

07Can you include drone footage?

Yes, where the location and conditions allow. Aerial film and photography can show the building, grounds and surrounding area alongside the interior tour. Mention drone coverage when enquiring so we can assess the location and plan the shoot.
