A private celebration is often a rare chance to gather people in one place. We plan around the occasion and the people who matter to you, with coverage of the atmosphere and key moments plus time for a few organised photographs.

Tell us what cannot be missed.

Share the timings for arrivals, speeches, cake or any surprise, and name the people and groups you particularly want photographed. A short list helps us work quietly through the event while making sure the important family combinations have a place in the plan.

Keep the posed photographs manageable.

Choose a suitable moment before people disperse and ask someone who knows the guests to help gather groups. We keep direction straightforward, then return to the natural interactions. Venue access, lighting and any restrictions should be discussed before the day.

Agree privacy and delivery.

Let us know about guests who prefer not to appear and how you intend to share the collection. We agree the image selection, finishing and delivery arrangements in advance. Wedding photography is handled by our separate wedding team, with its own destination and booking conversation.

SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY

A clear brief.
A considered quote.

Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.

We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.

Will you take family group photographs?

Yes. Agree the combinations beforehand and allow a little time when the right people are together.

Can you photograph indoors in the evening?

Tell us about the venue and lighting. We plan an appropriate approach and discuss any restrictions on additional light.

Will our photographs appear on your website?

Raise your privacy preferences before booking so image use and any portfolio permission are clear.
