An event rarely happens in one place at one time. Guests arrive while a room is being prepared; a presentation overlaps with a conversation worth photographing. We agree the priorities with you before the day, then work around the programme to build a considered record for your website, communications and next event.
Tell us the moments that cannot be repeated, the people who must appear and the partners whose involvement needs documenting. A short priority list helps us move between wider atmosphere, candid conversations, venue details and organised group photographs without treating every minute as the same kind of coverage.
The strongest event collection often includes quieter moments between the scheduled ones. We plan where we can work unobtrusively and when a more directed photograph is useful. Access, accreditation, lighting and any guest restrictions should be agreed with the venue and organiser beforehand.
If an announcement or social post needs selected photographs quickly, raise that when booking so we can agree what is feasible. A priority selection and the complete edited collection may have different delivery dates. For simultaneous film coverage, we can plan event videography alongside the stills.

SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY
Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.
We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.
We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.

That depends on the venue and programme. If important moments overlap in separate rooms, we will discuss coverage priorities or additional photographers.
