Product & stand highlights
Show your products, stand design and team in action with a focused brand film.

EXHIBITION VIDEO PRODUCTION
Turn a busy exhibition into content your audience can explore long after the doors close. We film stand activity, product demonstrations and conversations with the people behind your business, creating highlights and short videos for your next campaign.
MORE FROM YOUR TIME ON THE SHOW FLOOR
You invest in the stand, the team and the conversations. Exhibition filming gives that work a longer life: show what you brought, explain what makes it useful and give visitors something worth sharing with their colleagues.
For exhibitors, we focus on your brand and the people visiting your stand. For organisers, we capture the range of exhibitors, the atmosphere and the reasons to attend the next edition.

NATIONWIDE EXHIBITION VIDEO PRODUCTION
Exhibition filming wherever you are showing.
From our Suffolk base, we travel to exhibition venues across Essex, Cambridgeshire, London and the wider UK. Tell us whether you need coverage of one stand or the whole show, and we will plan the filming around access times, demonstrations and visitor activity.
A clear brief helps us make the most of a busy day. We agree the products, people and messages to feature, then shape the footage into films for your website, follow-up emails and social channels.
Exhibition videography in Suffolk.
Exhibiting in Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket or elsewhere in Suffolk? Our locally based team can capture your stand, product displays and conversations with visitors, with a schedule built around the moments you want to feature.
We can film clean stand details before doors open and return for the atmosphere of the live show. Short interviews with your team help explain the expertise behind what visitors see.
Stand and exhibition filming across Essex.
For trade shows and exhibitions in Colchester, Chelmsford, Brentwood and across Essex, we create films that connect your show presence with your wider marketing. Coverage can focus on a single exhibitor or tell the story of the whole event.
Before filming, we identify demonstrations, brand details and interview opportunities. That shot list keeps the day focused while leaving room for useful, unscripted moments on the floor.
Exhibition content in Cambridge and Cambridgeshire.
Show a new product, explain a technical service or introduce the people behind your stand. We film exhibitions and business showcases in Cambridge and across Cambridgeshire, planning around demonstration times and the flow of visitors.
Product close-ups and clear explanations can become useful content beyond the event recap. We agree what needs to be understood on screen and which formats will suit your audience.
Exhibition videography for London events.
London exhibitions bring together busy schedules, large halls and detailed access requirements. We coordinate filming arrangements with your team so time on site is spent capturing the stand, demonstrations and people that matter to your brief.
Let us know about exhibitor passes, filming permissions and any timed launches. We can plan interviews away from the busiest aisle and collect the wider show atmosphere around those appointments.
One exhibition or a UK-wide programme.
Taking your stand to several UK shows? We can plan filming around individual dates or build a consistent approach across an exhibition programme, with agreed framing, interview themes and delivery formats.
For organisers, coverage can include exhibitor variety, visitor reactions and the experience of attending. The finished material can support post-show updates and promotion of a future edition without relying on unsupported attendance or sales claims.

Tell us what you are exhibiting, where and when.
Share your stand number, key demonstrations and the audience you want to reach. We’ll plan a filming brief around your busiest moments and the content you need afterwards.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and manage any resulting project. Privacy notice.
Our exhibition videography helps exhibitors and organisers create useful marketing content from trade shows, expos and public exhibitions across the UK. For stage-led programmes, explore our conference filming service; for a wider brand campaign, see our corporate video production.
USEFUL ANSWERS
Planning answers for exhibitors, marketing teams and exhibition organisers.
Both. An exhibitor brief usually focuses on one brand, its stand and products. An organiser brief covers the broader show: exhibitor variety, visitor experience and highlights for future promotion. Our Hampshire Business Show film is an example of our event work.
We can film stand details, product close-ups, demonstrations, team introductions and visitor conversations where permission is in place. Share your priorities and demonstration timetable so we can plan the most useful shots.
Subject to venue access and organiser permission, filming before opening can be useful for clear stand shots and quieter interviews. We confirm access times with you before the shoot and allow for your team finishing its setup.
We use suitable microphones close to the contributor and look for a position away from loudspeakers and busy aisles. Where possible, we schedule important explanations at quieter times. Noise cannot always be removed completely, so the location matters.
Yes. A highlights edit gives an overview of your presence, while a demonstration needs enough time and detail to explain the product. We plan these as separate deliverables so the demonstration gets the coverage it needs.
Check the event and venue requirements before booking. Exhibitor passes, camera permissions and restrictions can vary. You should also agree permission with anyone contributing an interview and flag any displays or information that must not appear.
We can record willing visitors giving their own views, with their permission. It helps to nominate someone from your team to introduce suitable contributors. We do not script endorsements or make claims on their behalf.
Yes. Tell us where the videos will be published so we can allow for landscape, square or vertical framing and readable captions. We can plan short clips alongside the main exhibition film for use in your business video marketing.
Yes, if included in the filming plan. A full presentation needs continuous camera and audio coverage, which may require additional crew while stand filming continues. See our conference and speaker filming service for stage-led coverage.
We can discuss professional photography alongside video. If you need stills and video of the same demonstration or launch, we plan suitable crew so neither task is rushed.
Cost depends on hours on site, crew, travel and the number of edited films. One stand and a short highlights edit is a different brief from several halls and multiple interviews. Our filming and editing rates provide a starting point.
We agree delivery before the event. If you need an edit while the show is still running, raise that at the briefing stage so we can confirm whether on-site editing or an additional editor is practical. Other edits follow the agreed review schedule.
Yes. We are based in Suffolk and film in Essex, Cambridgeshire, London and across the UK. Venue access, travel and any overnight stay are included in planning around your show dates.
Send the venue, date, stand number, access arrangements, demonstration times and your intended deliverables. Include brand guidelines and a contact who will be on site. Tell us about your exhibition filming brief and we can work through the details.
