INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

BRING YOUR PEOPLE
INTO THE STORY.

Great internal communications do more than share information. They help people understand what is happening, why it matters and what it means for them.

COMMUNICATION THAT WORKS FROM THE INSIDE OUT

YOUR PEOPLE ARE ONE OF YOUR MOST IMPORTANT AUDIENCES.

Participants in conversation at a My Home Life England programme

They are also one of the hardest to reach.

Internal communications can easily become overly formal, overly detailed or lost amongst everything else competing for attention.

We take a creative, audience-first approach to help organisations communicate with their people in a way that feels clear, human and engaging.

That could mean turning a leadership message into a short film, bringing a company strategy to life through animation, creating a campaign around a new initiative, or developing a suite of content for internal channels.

Make the message easier to understand, easier to remember and harder to ignore.

ONE IDEA.
BUILT TO TRAVEL.

Internal communications rarely live in one place. A campaign may need to work across intranet, email, digital screens, presentations, town halls, collaboration platforms and internal social channels.

A CLEAR CREATIVE PROCESS

FROM MESSAGE
TO MOMENTUM.

We keep the process structured enough for stakeholders and flexible enough for the creative idea to develop.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with the message, audience and context.

  2. 02

    Find the story

We look for the human angle, central idea or visual opportunity.

  3. 03

    Create

We bring the idea to life through strategy, scripting, creative direction, filming, photography, animation, motion graphics, editing and design.

  4. 04

    Adapt

We consider how the content can work harder across different formats and channels.

  5. 05

    Deliver

We deliver final assets in the formats needed for the relevant channels and platforms.

A CONNECTED CREATIVE TOOLKIT

CAPABILITIES THAT CAN WORK ALONE.
OR WORK TOGETHER.

Start with one deliverable or build a connected campaign. We choose formats because they serve the communication—not because every brief needs everything.

TRANSFERABLE EXPERIENCE

A PORTFOLIO BUILT AROUND
CORPORATE STORYTELLING.

Not every piece of work we create is commissioned specifically as an internal communications project—and we do not think it should be presented that way.

Instead, our wider corporate portfolio demonstrates creative, production and storytelling capabilities that can be applied to internal audiences.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS THAT FEEL LESS INTERNAL

THE BEST INTERNAL CONTENT DOESN’T HAVE TO LOOK
LIKE INTERNAL CONTENT.

It can have the pace of social content, the craft of a brand film, the personality of a documentary or the clarity of a well-made explainer.

We bring the same creative ambition to communications for employees as we do to communications for customers and wider audiences—while keeping the content appropriate to the people, culture and objectives of the organisation.

PRACTICAL SCOPE

CLEAR ABOUT
WHAT IT TAKES.

Built around the brief

Creative development, filming, photography, animation, editing and adaptations are scoped around the message, audience and deliverables.

Based in Suffolk. UK-wide.

We work across Suffolk, Essex, London, East Anglia and the wider UK, with remote planning and review where useful.

USEFUL ANSWERS

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
FAQ.

Practical answers about formats, planning, people, channels, cost and coverage.

What can you create for an internal communications campaign?

A campaign can combine a hero film, leadership messages, employee stories, animation, photography, event content, short cut-downs, presentation graphics and supporting digital assets. We shape the mix around the message, audience, channels and time available.

Can you help if we know the message but not the format?

Yes. We can start with the communication challenge and recommend the most useful creative route. Sometimes that is one clear film; sometimes it is a connected set of content designed for several internal channels.

Do you work with leadership teams and employees who are not used to being on camera?

Yes. We plan interviews and talking-head filming carefully, keep prompts conversational and create a calm set. The aim is to help contributors sound like themselves while keeping the message focused.

Can one production create content for several internal channels?

Yes. We can plan framing, duration, captions and graphic treatments for intranet pages, email, presentations, digital screens, town halls and collaboration platforms. Agreeing those uses early helps the production work harder.

Can you support change and transformation communications?

We can help turn a complex change message into a clear creative idea, film, animation, explainer or campaign toolkit. Your internal team remains the authority on the programme; our role is to make the communication human, understandable and useful.

Do you provide animation and motion graphics as well as filming?

Yes. Animation can explain a process, visualise an idea, introduce a strategy or connect a campaign across formats. We can combine live action, interviews, design and motion graphics where the brief benefits from more than one approach.

Can you film town halls, conferences and internal events?

Yes. Coverage can include speakers, audience reactions, interviews, highlights and full-session recordings. Crew, camera and audio requirements are planned around the venue, running order and the outputs you need afterwards.

How much does internal communications content cost?

Cost depends on creative development, filming days, crew, locations, animation, editing and the number of versions or formats. We scope those elements separately so you can see what is involved, and our current filming and editing rates provide a useful starting point.

Where do you work?

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London, East Anglia and the wider UK. Remote planning and review can be combined with filming wherever your people and locations are based.
