BUILT AROUND YOUR BRIEF
Prospective families and learners need to understand the experience as well as the facilities. We plan educational photography around the activities and places that distinguish your organisation, with the timetable, permissions and supervision arrangements agreed with your team.
Identify the classrooms, workshops, facilities and extracurricular activities that matter to the brief. We work with your coordinator to choose suitable sessions and avoid disrupting the day. A balanced collection can include wider environments, small details and interactions that make the learning visible.
Your organisation should identify who can be photographed and how restrictions will be communicated to the crew. Agree supervision, visitor requirements and working areas before the shoot. We do not assume that attendance at a class or activity means permission for promotional photography.
Staff portraits and activity coverage can be planned together where time allows. At Hive Kids, these served separate website and marketing needs. If the project also requires moving images, school video production can be planned alongside photography with an appropriate crew.

↗SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY
Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.
We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.
We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
