We agree the crew, equipment, itinerary and location access. Travel days and accommodation sit alongside the shoot schedule, with responsibilities for local arrangements agreed before booking.

A planned shot list gives the day direction, while leaving room for natural moments. We work with your local contact and keep the essential images in focus as the day develops.

Deliver images ready to use.
Selection, editing, usage and delivery are agreed as part of the brief. Need launch images before the full collection? Tell us early so that deadline can be built into the plan.

Our photography pricing gives a starting point for coverage. For a shoot abroad, ask for a complete project quote so you can plan the trip with the relevant costs in view.
If you also need video production, we can discuss both in one brief and plan a suitable crew.

Can we book a UK photographer for an overseas shoot?
Yes. Share the country, location, dates and type of photography you need. We will review availability and the practical arrangements before confirming the booking. International enquiries are quoted individually.
Which countries do you cover?
We consider projects outside the UK on a brief-by-brief basis. Tell us your destination rather than assuming it is too far away. Availability depends on the schedule, travel arrangements, location access and the requirements of the shoot.
How much does international photography cost?
Your quote is built around preparation, photography time, editing and the agreed image usage, with travel days, transport and accommodation accounted for. We confirm the scope and expenses before you book, so the photography rate is not mistaken for the total overseas production cost.
Can you photograph several locations on one trip?
Yes, subject to the itinerary. We plan realistic travel and setup time between locations, with priorities for each stop. If the project covers several teams or venues, an agreed visual brief helps keep the finished collection consistent.
Can we include video in the same production?
Yes. Tell us what you need from both the photographs and the films. Where stills and video need to happen at the same time, we plan the crew accordingly. We agree the deliverables and schedule before the trip.
How will we receive our photographs?
We agree the selection, editing, file formats and delivery schedule in advance, then deliver the finished images digitally. If your communications team needs a small early selection, include that deadline in the brief so editing time can be planned.
How far ahead should we enquire?
As early as you can once the destination and likely dates are known. Overseas projects need time for the creative brief and travel arrangements. If your dates are close, send the details and we will check what is practical.
