A highlight film gives viewers a sense of being there. We plan the essential moments, look for natural interactions and use sound and pacing to connect the event into a short, purposeful piece. The audience might be next year’s delegates, your team, sponsors or the people who attended.
Our event videography covers the wider production. If full talks are important too, plan them through conference video production so a highlights brief does not leave continuous recordings uncovered.

Practical details about event highlight films.
Can you deliver a film during the event?
Potentially, depending on the coverage and editing resources. Tell us the deadline before booking so we can assess whether a separate editor or reduced scope is needed.
Will every speaker appear?
Only if that is part of the agreed brief. A short highlight film cannot give everyone equal coverage; complete speaker recordings should be planned separately.
Can you include attendee reactions?
Yes. We can plan brief interviews in a suitable location and coordinate permissions with the organiser. Those conversations should fit around the programme.
Where do you provide this service?

How is the project priced?

We agree a delivery schedule and review stages before production. Tell us about a fixed launch or event deadline at the start so we can allow for editing, feedback and the required versions.
