The venue, internet connection, camera positions, sound sources, presentation feeds and any backup approach are reviewed before the event.
Set up & test
Booked time begins when the crew arrive and start the agreed setup. We test the picture, sound and destination before the live programme begins.
Go live
The production is monitored as it happens. Recording, replay or edited follow-up content can be added when agreed in the brief.

These current starting rates cover straightforward production. Larger broadcasts are quoted around camera count, operators, switching, audio, platform, venue connectivity, running time and any recording or post-event edits.

Standard standalone live streaming starts at £349 for the first on-location hour and £99 per additional hour. A straightforward stream added to another shoot starts at £249, with additional booked time at £99 per hour where suitable. Larger multi-camera productions, dedicated switching, separate operators, complex audio, specialist connectivity and redundancy systems are quoted individually.
Does setup time count?
Yes. Booked production time begins when the crew arrive and start the agreed on-location camera, audio and streaming setup. The scope and likely setup time are discussed before booking.
Can you stream to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom or Microsoft Teams?
The destination depends on your account access, audience, privacy needs and the event format. Tell us where viewers need to watch and we will confirm a suitable workflow before the event.
Can the stream be private?
Yes, where the chosen platform supports suitable privacy or access controls. We will discuss whether the audience needs a private link, registration, password protection or another restricted route.
Do you provide multi-camera live streaming?
Multi-camera streaming can be planned for conferences, performances, sport and other events where one angle would not tell the whole story. Crew, switching, audio and connectivity requirements are quoted around the production.
What internet connection does the venue need?
A stable connection with suitable upload capacity is important. We ask about the venue connection early, recommend a test where appropriate and discuss backup connectivity for productions where interruption risk needs additional planning.
Can you include presentation slides, titles or remote speakers?
Slides, presentation feeds, names, simple graphics and remote contributors can be discussed as part of the production plan. The exact workflow depends on the event, platform and available sources.
Can we keep a recording after the event?
A local or platform recording can be included when agreed in advance. We can also discuss trimming full sessions or creating shorter event highlights for later use.
Where do you provide live streaming?
We are based in Suffolk and work across Essex, Cambridgeshire, London and throughout the UK. Travel, venue access and setup time are included in the project plan and quote.
