Plan for the way food looks at its best.

Freshly prepared dishes, cold drinks and packaged products create different production demands. We agree the intended look, the serving or styling arrangements and the order of the shoot, so the photographs have the right detail and consistency for your website, menu or campaign.

Decide what the customer needs to see.

A delivery-menu image needs clarity; a campaign image may need atmosphere and space for copy. Share the menu, product list or packaging variants and the required formats. We can plan a consistent treatment across the range while giving important ingredients or textures the attention they need.

Coordinate preparation with the photography.

Agree who prepares and plates the food, how much stock is available and when each item should arrive on set. Melting, condensation and garnishes all affect the working order. Specialist food styling, props and location arrangements need to be defined in the quote.

Keep finishing faithful to the product.

We discuss colour, background treatment, selection and any detailed clean-up before delivery. Packaged ranges can also be planned through our product photography service. The final images should represent what you sell, with a visual treatment that fits your brand. Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.

We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.

Can you photograph at our restaurant or premises?

Tell us about the available space, working hours and preparation area. We can assess a suitable setup and plan around service.

Is food styling included?

We agree who will prepare, plate and style the food. Specialist styling and additional props are not automatic inclusions.

Can you photograph a complete menu?

Yes, with a list of dishes, preparation timings and a consistent visual plan. The number of setups and dishes affects the quote.

Can you photograph bottles and packaged products?

Yes. Reflections, labels and packaging details need a considered lighting approach; send product references and the intended uses when enquiring.
