A short moment needs a clear plan.

An award handover or graduation presentation can be over in seconds. We work with organisers to understand the sequence, positions and priorities before the first name is called, then balance the formal record with the atmosphere around the ceremony.

Plan the presentation position.

Share the running order, stage plan and expected number of recipients. We agree where the photographer can work and whether a brief pause for a photograph is possible. Consistent positioning helps the collection feel coherent without holding up the ceremony unnecessarily.

Allow time for the groups.

Winners, sponsors, departments and family groups may need photographs away from the presentation itself. Identify the combinations and nominate someone to assemble people. A separate group area can help when the main stage must keep moving.

Agree how the photographs reach people.

Organiser delivery, press selections and individual participant access are different requirements. We establish the agreed route and privacy expectations before the event. Do not assume a public gallery or print-sales system is included. For the wider programme, event photography can cover arrivals and receptions too.

SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY

Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.

We agree the image selection, editing, file formats, intended use and delivery date before booking. Tell us about detailed retouching or an early selection so the time is included in the plan. Check our current photography pricing and request a quote for your specific shoot.

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.

Can you photograph every recipient?

We can plan an individual presentation record when the running order, stage position and timing support it. Confirm this requirement explicitly before booking.

Can graduates or winners receive their own images?

Tell us how you want distribution to work. Delivery to the organiser and any individual-access arrangement need to be agreed in the scope.

Do you provide on-site printing?

It is not an assumed part of this service. Raise any print or sales requirement before booking so availability and suitability can be confirmed.

Can you supply press photographs of winners?

Yes, with a planned priority selection and deadline. Your organiser should confirm names, award titles and any caption information.
