A leadership biography needs more context than a small staff thumbnail. A team photograph needs everyone arranged well, with a background that supports the organisation. We plan those images together so individual portraits, department groups and wider team photographs feel connected.
A REAL CAMERA GUYS PROJECT
The Hive Kids booking included individual staff portraits for its website, alongside activity photography and video. It demonstrates the portrait element of a broader content day; it is not presented as a formal corporate group commission.

Environmental portraits can show a person where they work, using space and background details to explain their role. We check the location for distracting signage, sensitive material and practical access. Where you simply need repeatable profile pictures, dedicated headshot photography keeps the brief focused.
A group image across a website banner needs a different arrangement from a portrait in a printed report. Share the intended dimensions, any space needed for text and whether multiple crops are required. We agree image selection, finishing and file versions before delivery.
SCOPE, EDITING & DELIVERY
Our published photography rate starts at £249 for the first hour per photographer, then £99 for each additional hour. The final quote depends on the coverage, location, crew, planning and finishing you need.

We are based near Sudbury in Suffolk and work across Essex, London and the UK. Travel and location arrangements are agreed for each booking.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Share the headcount and location. We will assess the space, access and arrangement before agreeing the setup.
Yes. Both need time in the schedule, with the order planned around staff availability and the chosen locations.
Tell us beforehand. A separate session may be possible; adding somebody digitally to a group is not an automatic inclusion and needs a specific discussion.
Yes, if the location suits the brief. We agree a weather fallback and check that everyone can access the chosen area.
