Essex Sport needed individual promotional videos for 20 sports and fitness activities. A carefully planned route around the campus helped one videographer capture the variety without losing the character of each activity.

From our Great Horkesley base, we film throughout Essex. The location might be your office, workshop, school, venue or an outdoor space. We plan access, sound, available light and the working day around it.

Know what you’re paying for before the cameras arrive.
Filming time, crew size and the edit all shape the budget. These are our current production rates; a finished film is quoted around the work it actually needs.
A single interview and a multi-location campaign need different plans. We’ll discuss preparation, travel, deliverables and any specialist extras with you at the outset.

Tell us what you have in mind ↗Yes. Our primary base is in Great Horkesley, Colchester, Essex, with a second base in Great Cornard near Sudbury, Suffolk. We film across Essex and travel further afield when a project needs it.
Filming starts at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator, then £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. These are production rates, not a complete film package: the total depends on filming time, crew, editing, travel and any additional requirements. We agree the scope and quote before work starts.
We cover the county, including Colchester, Chelmsford, Witham, Braintree, Brentwood, Harlow, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Rochford, Clacton-on-Sea and the surrounding towns and villages. Share the filming address so we can confirm access, travel and scheduling.
Yes. Start with your audience, what you want them to understand and where you plan to use the film. We can help develop the brief, plan the shoot and guide people through interviews. You do not need a finished script to enquire.
Yes, when those outputs are planned into the brief. We agree the main film, shorter edits, aspect ratios and any captions before filming, so the coverage supports the intended versions. Additional edits are scoped into the quote.
Yes. We can take a project from planning through filming and editing to the final files. Editing includes the agreed work on story, picture, sound and colour. Graphics, captions, additional versions and specialist requirements are discussed as part of the brief.
For bookings within 25 driving miles of the agreed base, travel is charged at £0.45 per round-trip mile. Beyond 25 miles, travel is £49 per hour of estimated round-trip driving time and mileage is waived. Parking, tolls, congestion charges, ferries and accommodation are separate where required. We confirm the travel allowance in your quote.
The schedule depends on the number of locations, contributors, filming days, edits and review stages. Tell us your launch date or event date at the outset. We will agree a realistic filming and delivery timetable before you book, including time for your feedback.
