One estate. Three presenters. One five-minute tour.
A nine-bedroom farmhouse with a pool, cottage, lake and tennis court was too much for a room-by-room walkaround. We split Edd into three, sent each version to a different part of the estate and used drone shots to show how it all fits together.
The clone effect gave the film clear chapters – the house, the pool and outbuildings, the lake and grounds – and the same planning suits a period town house in Saffron Walden or a rural home anywhere in Uttlesford.
We interviewed Opul Life’s chief executive in Cambridge and built the company film around it, cutting to outreach days in Chelmsford and Colchester so viewers see the work as well as hear about it.

How much does video production in Saffron Walden cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.
How is travel to Saffron Walden and Great Dunmow charged?+
Travel is calculated from our Sudbury base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Saffron Walden, Thaxted and Stansted Mountfitchet are more than 25 driving miles away, so mileage is waived and the estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Great Dunmow sits right on the 25-mile line, so we confirm which rule applies from the actual route when we quote.

Can you add drone footage?+
Yes, where the location, airspace and weather allow. Parts of Uttlesford sit close to Stansted Airport, so we check airspace and permissions before confirming any aerial shots. Drone filming added to a production is £199 for the first allocated drone hour, then £49 per hour.
Do you make property videos in Saffron Walden and Great Dunmow?+
Yes. Our Mountains Farm film near Great Dunmow used a clone effect: three versions of the presenter set off to introduce the farmhouse, the pool and outbuildings, and the lake and grounds, with drone coverage linking them together.
