A customer story, a working process, an event or a campaign that needs to feel real.
We’re a Harlow video production company for organisations that want a useful film rather than content for its own sake. Our team travels from our Suffolk and Essex bases along the A120 and M11, and we plan the day around the address, access, contributors and the purpose of the finished video.
We already film across Essex and Hertfordshire: programme days at The County Hotel in Chelmsford, community outreach in Chelmsford and festival coverage that included St Albans. Each project below is labelled with where it was made.
Programme days in Chelmsford, outreach in Chelmsford and Colchester, and festival days around the country including St Albans. Each one is labelled with where it was filmed.
CHELMSFORD, ESSEX / MY HOME LIFE
Two programme days. Captured without changing the room.
We filmed two My Home Life England professional development days for care leaders at The County Hotel in Chelmsford. The coverage stayed observational so honest discussion carried on as normal, and participants explained the value of the programme in short interviews.
It is a good model for a Harlow conference or training day at the Latton Bush Centre, Down Hall or a science park venue.
FESTIVALS INCL. CHELMSFORD & ST ALBANS / JELLYSHOTZ
Busy festival days, the right moments.
At every Foodies Festival event we covered for Jellyshotz, including Chelmsford and St Albans, a photographer and a videographer captured the crowd, the unit and the product in short, energetic edits. The film here was made at Syon Park. It suits a Harlow brand at a show, a Town Park event or a launch.
We filmed Opul Life’s church outreach days in Chelmsford and Colchester, then combined them with a CEO interview into a corporate film with supporting photography. A useful model for a Harlow charity, housing association or community group.
If you need a Harlow videographer, our team travels from our Suffolk and Essex bases. We cover Harlow, Old Harlow, Epping, North Weald, Ongar, Roydon, Sawbridgeworth and Bishop’s Stortford, with each schedule built around the people and activity at the actual location.
Labs, data centres and secure sites need inductions and no-filming areas agreed; offices, venues and events need access and sound planned. We sort these before the filming day.
Offices, shops, the Harvey Centre, Harlow Playhouse and the Latton Bush Centre's conference rooms. We plan interviews and event filming around opening hours, access and parking, and Harlow Town station is a short walk for London guests.
Harlow Science Park, Kao Park and the Templefields industrial estate: labs, data centres, manufacturers and growing tech firms. We agree site rules and confidential areas in advance so the film shows the work without showing what it shouldn't.
Independent businesses, schools and venues along the Stort valley, with the M11 at junctions 7 and 7a and Stansted Airport close by. Country-house venues such as Down Hall near Hatfield Heath suit conferences, awards and launches.
Market towns, rural businesses, community groups and visitor attractions across Epping Forest district. Chelmsford, where we have filmed outreach days and a two-day programme at The County Hotel, is about 20 miles east.
Also covering Hatfield Heath, Waltham Abbey, Nazeing, Hoddesdon, Theydon Bois, Matching and surrounding villages. Share the address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability. FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL FILE
A clear route. From the start.
01
Start with the purpose
Tell us who the film is for and what it needs to achieve. We turn the idea, event or business need into a focused brief.
02
Plan the location
We agree access, contributors, parking, filming time and final versions. Labs, data centres and secure sites get their site rules, inductions and any no-filming areas agreed before the day.
03
Capture the right material
We guide interviews and film the activity, details and wider setting that support them. The crew and schedule fit the working environment.
04
Shape and deliver
Editing brings the footage together with agreed sound, colour and graphics. Feedback stages lead to the final versions for your chosen channels.
CLEAR RATES. A PROPER SCOPE.
Know the scope. Know the cost.
Build the production around what you actually need.
A single interview and a production across several locations call for different plans. A good Harlow video production company should explain the filming, crew, editing, travel and specialist requirements before you book.
These are our current production rates. We explain how they apply to your brief, including the final versions and review stages included.

We travel to Harlow and the surrounding area from our bases in Sudbury, Suffolk and Colchester, Essex, and cover Harlow, Old Harlow, Epping, North Weald, Ongar, Roydon, Sawbridgeworth, Bishop's Stortford, Hatfield Heath, Waltham Abbey and Hoddesdon. Share the exact address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability.
Have you filmed near Harlow before?+
Yes, nearby. We filmed community outreach days in Chelmsford for Opul Life, a two-day programme at The County Hotel in Chelmsford for My Home Life, and Foodies Festival events in Chelmsford and St Albans for Jellyshotz. We have not yet filmed in Harlow itself, and each project on this page is labelled with where it was filmed.
How much does video production in Harlow cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.
How is travel to Harlow charged?+
Travel is calculated from our Sudbury base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Harlow is more than 25 driving miles away, so mileage is waived and the estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Parking and any other location costs are agreed separately.
SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
Can you film at a lab, data centre or secure site?+
Yes. Science park and data centre sites usually have inductions, escorts and areas that must not appear on camera. We agree these with your facilities or security team before the day, keep the crew small, and you approve the edit before anything is published.
Can you film and live stream a conference in Harlow?+
Yes. We can record a conference, AGM or launch with several cameras and stream it to an online audience at the same time. Livestreaming starts at £349 for the first on-location hour, then £99 per hour, and we confirm the venue's internet connection and audio feed before the day.
Can one videographer handle a small shoot?+
Often, yes. One videographer can run up to three cameras for interviews and smaller events. For a larger conference or a launch with several things happening at once, we recommend a second operator, which starts at £249 for the first hour and £99 per hour after.
Can you film across several locations in one day?+
Yes. Harlow sits on the M11 and A414 with fast trains to London, Stansted and Cambridge, so filming a head office, a site and a client in one day is often practical. We plan the route and timings in advance so the day is used well.
Can drone filming be included?+
Often, subject to the exact location. Harlow is close to Stansted and North Weald airfield, so we check the airspace and any restrictions before confirming aerial shots and ask for any permissions needed. Drone filming added to a production starts at £199 for the first allocated hour.
Can photography be booked alongside the video?+
Yes. We can send a photographer and a videographer to the same event or shoot, so you get stills and films from one booking. Photography uses the same hourly rates as filming.
