A customer story, a working process, an event or a campaign that needs to feel real.
We’re a Hertfordshire video production company for organisations that want a useful film rather than content for its own sake. Our team travels into Hertfordshire from our Essex and Suffolk bases, planning the day around the address, access, contributors and purpose of the finished video.
We have already worked in the county: our Foodies Festival coverage for Jellyshotz included St Albans. The other projects below were filmed in Essex and London, and each is labelled with where it was made.
Festival coverage that included St Albans, plus two nearby projects from Essex and London. Each one is labelled with where it was filmed.
ST ALBANS & ON TOUR / JELLYSHOTZ
Festival days. Covered twice over.
Jellyshotz booked us for their Foodies Festival season, and St Albans was one of the stops. At every Foodies event we covered, we sent a photographer and a videographer, so the brand came away with photographs of the people, products and festival unit alongside highlight films of the day.
The film here is the Brighton highlights edit from the same season. It shows the kind of coverage we can bring to a Hertfordshire festival, show, launch or open day.
Two videographers covered Kesseler’s showroom opening in Witham: ribbon cutting, guest speakers, demonstrations and the atmosphere inside the new space. It is a useful model for a Hertfordshire business opening new premises or launching a product.
My Home Life England’s anniversary event combined multi-camera conference coverage with interviews, highlights and photography. It suits Hertfordshire organisations that need a conference, AGM or launch recorded and reshaped for people who could not attend.
If you need a Hertfordshire videographer, our team travels from our Essex and Suffolk bases. We cover St Albans, Hertford, Stevenage, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Bishop’s Stortford and the rest of the county, with each schedule built around the people and activity at the actual location.
Offices, schools, farms, venues and public spaces each need different preparation. We agree access, sound, parking, outdoor requirements and any route between sites before the filming day.
ESSEX & SUFFOLK BASED · FILMING ACROSS HERTFORDSHIRE
St Albans, Harpenden & Hatfield
From city-centre businesses and venues to festivals and university events, we plan interviews, event coverage and location filming around access and the audience the film is for.
East Hertfordshire is the closest part of the county to our Essex and Suffolk bases. We cover business premises, launches and events, with sound, parking and timings agreed in advance.
For North Herts and Stevenage businesses, we agree the real address and timetable before quoting travel. That gives a clear plan for interviews, working footage, events or several nearby sites.
For offices, business parks and venues in the south and west of the county, share the location and any fixed moments so we can build the crew and schedule around them.
Also covering Harpenden, Hatfield, Hitchin, Letchworth, Royston, Ware, Berkhamsted, Tring and surrounding towns and villages. Share the address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability.
FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL FILE
A clear route. From the start.
01
Start with the purpose
Tell us who the film is for and what it needs to achieve. We turn the idea, event or business need into a focused brief.
02
Plan the location
We agree access, contributors, travel, filming time and final versions. Multi-site or outdoor work gets a practical route and contingency plan.
03
Capture the right material
We guide interviews and film the activity, details and wider setting that support them. The crew and schedule fit the working environment.
04
Shape and deliver
Editing brings the footage together with agreed sound, colour and graphics. Feedback stages lead to the final versions for your chosen channels.
CLEAR RATES. A PROPER SCOPE.
Know the scope. Know the cost.
Build the production around what you actually need.
A single interview and a production across several locations call for different plans. A good Hertfordshire video production company should explain the filming, crew, editing, travel and specialist requirements before you book.
These are our current production rates. We explain how they apply to your brief, including the final versions and review stages included.
Do you provide video production across Hertfordshire?+
Yes. We travel into Hertfordshire from our bases in Sudbury, Suffolk and Colchester, Essex, and cover St Albans, Hertford, Stevenage, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Bishop’s Stortford and the towns around them. Share the exact address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability.
Have you filmed in Hertfordshire before?+
Yes. Our Foodies Festival coverage for Jellyshotz included St Albans, with a photographer and a videographer at the event. The Kesseler Kitchens and My Home Life projects on this page were filmed in Witham, Essex and in London, and are labelled with those locations.
How much does Hertfordshire video production cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements.
Can one Hertfordshire videographer handle a small shoot?+
Yes. A single videographer can be a good fit for a focused interview, testimonial or straightforward location brief. We recommend extra crew when the timetable, sound, lighting or simultaneous coverage would benefit from it.
SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
Can you film and live stream a Hertfordshire conference?+
Yes. We can record a conference, AGM or launch with several cameras and stream it to an online audience at the same time. Live streaming starts at £349 for the first hour, and we confirm the venue’s internet connection and audio feed before the day.
Can you film at several Hertfordshire locations?+
Yes. We work through the addresses, access windows, travel time and purpose of each location before confirming the schedule. This helps businesses with several premises or stories spread across the county.
Can photography be booked alongside the video?+
Yes. As we did for Jellyshotz, we can send a photographer and a videographer to the same event, so you get stills and films from one booking.
Can drone filming be included?+
Yes, where the location, airspace, weather and permissions allow. Parts of Hertfordshire sit near Luton and Stansted airspace, so we confirm feasibility for the actual location before the day.
What should a Hertfordshire video production company provide?+
A Hertfordshire video production company should give you a clear scope covering preparation, filming time, crew, editing, review stages and final versions. It should also explain travel, location costs and specialist requirements before booking.
How is travel to Hertfordshire charged?+
Travel is quoted from the agreed operating base. Within 25 driving miles, it is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Beyond 25 miles, it is £49 per hour of estimated round-trip driving time and mileage is waived. Parking, tolls and accommodation are separate where required.
