YOUR PEOPLE. YOUR PLACE. YOUR PURPOSE.

Stories worth seeing.
Made with care.

A customer story, a working process, an event or a campaign that needs to feel real.

We’re a video production company for Luton, Bedford and the rest of Bedfordshire, filming for businesses, manufacturers, logistics firms, charities and event organisers across the county. We travel across from our Suffolk and Essex bases and plan each day around the site, access, contributors and what the finished film has to do.

We haven’t published a project filmed in Bedfordshire yet. Our nearest work is in St Albans, just south of Luton, and every project below is labelled with where it was filmed.

REAL CLIENT WORK

Different briefs.
One considered process.

Festival coverage in St Albans, a logistics testimonial filmed at Sony’s London headquarters and a factory case study made in Derbyshire. Each one is labelled with where it was filmed.

Jellyshotz festival unit and crowd at a Foodies Festival

ST ALBANS, HERTS / JELLYSHOTZ

A festival day.
Ten miles from Luton.

Jellyshotz took their brand on the Foodies Festival circuit, and St Albans was one of the stops. A photographer and a videographer covered the unit, the products and the crowd, so the brand came home with stills, highlight films and short social stories from one day.

The film shown here is the Brighton highlights edit from the same festival season.

Two-camera testimonial interview for AMWORLD at Sony Europe’s London headquarters

LONDON / SONY × AMWORLD

A logistics partnership, explained by the client.

Logistics specialist AMWORLD wanted to show how it supports Sony with courier services, warehousing, fulfilment and events. We filmed a two-camera interview at Sony Europe’s London headquarters and finished the shoot in four hours. Bedfordshire’s logistics and distribution firms can tell their customer stories the same way.

Power-Zero and Denby Pottery case study filmed at the pottery in Derbyshire

DERBYSHIRE / POWER-ZERO × DENBY POTTERY

A working factory and a solar array in one day.

Power-Zero needed its solar partnership with Denby Pottery explained to people who aren’t engineers. One videographer and one photographer filmed the contributors, the factory floor and the 2.1MW array, delivering a case-study film and a stills library from a single visit.

YOUR LOCATION. OUR PRODUCTION TEAM.

Luton & Bedfordshire locations.
A practical plan.

If you need a Luton or Bedford videographer, our team travels from our Suffolk and Essex bases. We cover Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Bedford, Kempston, Ampthill, Flitwick, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade and Sandy, with each schedule built around the people and activity at the actual location.

Factories, warehouses and busy offices need inductions, access and timings planned; events need fixed moments and sound agreed. We sort these before the filming day.

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL FILE

A clear route.
From the start.

01

Start with the purpose

Tell us who the film is for and what it has to do. We turn the idea into a focused brief, with the versions and lengths agreed before anyone picks up a camera.

02

Plan the site

We agree access, contributors, parking, safety inductions and anything that must stay out of shot. Factories, warehouses and busy offices get a timetable that works around the shift.

03

Capture the right material

We guide interviews and film the activity, details and wider setting, whether that is a meeting room in Luton, a production line in Bedford or an event in a marquee.

04

Shape and deliver

Editing brings the footage together with agreed sound, colour and graphics. Two rounds of feedback lead to the final versions for your website, social channels and presentations.

CLEAR RATES. A PROPER SCOPE.

Know the scope.
Know the cost.

Build the production around what you actually need.

A single interview and a production across several locations call for different plans. A good Luton & Bedfordshire video production company should explain the filming, crew, editing, travel and specialist requirements before you book.

These are our current production rates. We explain how they apply to your brief, including the final versions and review stages included.

USEFUL ANSWERS

Planning your
Luton & Bedfordshire shoot.

Practical answers about locations, crew, travel and what a clear production scope should include.

Tell us what you have in mind ↗
Do you provide video production in Luton and Bedfordshire?

Yes. We travel from our bases in Sudbury, Suffolk and Colchester, Essex, and film across Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Bedford, Kempston, Ampthill, Flitwick, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Sandy and the villages in between. Share the exact address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability.

Have you filmed in Luton or Bedfordshire before?

Not yet. Our nearest published work is in St Albans, about ten miles south of Luton, where we covered a Foodies Festival stop for Jellyshotz. The other projects on this page were filmed in London and Derbyshire, and each one is labelled with where it was made.

How much does video production in Luton or Bedford cost?

Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.

How is travel to Bedfordshire charged?

Travel is calculated from our Sudbury base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Luton, Bedford and the rest of the county are more than 25 driving miles away, so mileage is waived and the estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Parking and other location costs are agreed separately.

SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
Can you film inside a factory, warehouse or other working site?

Yes. We agree the route around the site, safety inductions, protective equipment and any areas or products that must stay out of shot before the day. For Power-Zero we filmed a working pottery factory and its solar array in a single day, with a videographer and a photographer working together.

Can you make a client testimonial or case-study film?

Yes. We plan the interview questions with you, set up the interview with lighting and two camera angles where it helps, and film the people and places around the story. Our Sony and AMWORLD testimonial was filmed at Sony Europe's London headquarters in about four hours.

Can you make short social videos from the same shoot?

Yes. We plan vertical and short edits alongside the main film, so one filming day gathers the right material for every channel, from a full company film to a set of LinkedIn clips.

Can you film a conference or seminar and stream it?

Yes. We can record a conference, AGM or seminar with several cameras and stream it to an online audience at the same time. Livestreaming starts at £349 for the first on-location hour, then £99 per hour, and we confirm the venue's internet connection and audio feed before the day.

Can drone filming be included near Luton?

Sometimes, subject to the exact location and the airspace. Much of Luton and the surrounding area sits inside or close to controlled airspace around London Luton Airport, so we check restrictions and any permissions needed before confirming aerial shots. Drone filming added to a production starts at £199 for the first allocated hour, then £49 per hour.

Can photography be booked alongside the video?

Yes. We can send a photographer and a videographer to the same shoot or event, so you get stills and films from one booking, as we did for Power-Zero at Denby Pottery and for Jellyshotz at the Foodies Festival. Photography uses the same hourly rates as filming.
