HAVERHILL, CLARE & THE BORDER VILLAGES / HAVERHILL VIDEO PRODUCTION
HAVERHILL VIDEO PRODUCTION.
Clear stories. Carefully made. Video production in Haverhill, Kedington, Clare, Steeple Bumpstead and the Suffolk–Essex–Cambridgeshire border for businesses, events and weddings.
A customer story, a working process, an event or a campaign that needs to feel real.
We’re a video production company for Haverhill, Kedington, Clare, Steeple Bumpstead and the villages where Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire meet, about half an hour from our base near Sudbury. We film for manufacturers, laboratories, shops, schools, charities, estate agents and couples, and plan each shoot around the place, the people and what the finished film has to do.
We haven’t published a project filmed in Haverhill itself yet. Our nearest work is a property film in Cavendish, a few miles along the Stour valley, so every project below is labelled with where it was filmed.
A village home in Cavendish, a launch in Witham and a CEO interview in Cambridge. Each one is labelled with where it was filmed.
CAVENDISH / EDD CALLEGARI · PROPERTY TOUR
The village first. Then the front door.
Edd opens on Cavendish’s green, historic buildings and community before walking buyers through the house and out into the garden. We filmed the tour and a matching set of interior, exterior and aerial photographs as one brief.
The same location-first planning works for a home in Haverhill, Clare or the border villages – or for a business that wants customers to see where it works as well as what it does.
Two videographers followed the showroom opening from the mayor’s ribbon to the speeches and live cooking demonstrations, with drone shots of the building, so the team had a film to use long after the doors opened.
We recorded Opul Life’s chief executive in Cambridge, then cut to outreach days in Chelmsford and Colchester so the film shows what the organisation does, not just what it says.
Choose the purpose first. We can shape the coverage, crew and final formats around your audience, locations and timetable.
01
Corporate & company films
Introduce your business through interviews and footage of your people, premises and products, whether you run a unit on one of Haverhill's business parks, a laboratory or a town-centre shop.
Show how something is made, tested or delivered, from the first job on the line to the finished product, with close-up detail and aerial views where the site allows.
Cover a showroom opening, open day, awards evening or staff celebration with a highlights film and photographs, as we did for the Kesseler Kitchens showroom launch in Witham.
Introduce the village or town before the front door, then tour the home, as in our Cavendish property film for Edd Callegari, with matching photographs.
Capture a ceremony and celebration at a church, register office, barn, hotel or marquee, edited into a film that keeps both the big moments and the quieter ones.
If you need a Haverhill videographer, we’re about half an hour away near Sudbury. We cover Haverhill town and its business parks, Kedington, Withersfield, Wickhambrook, Clare, Cavendish, Steeple Bumpstead and Sturmer, with each schedule built around the people and activity at the actual location.
For factories, laboratories and warehouses we plan around inductions, safety rules and areas that must stay out of shot, and we agree access, parking and timings with you before filming.
Manufacturers, laboratories, logistics firms, shops, schools and charities across the town centre, the industrial estates and the research park on the Cambridge side of town.
Historic villages, pubs, shops and homes along the River Stour between Haverhill and Long Melford, where we filmed a property tour in Cavendish. For Sudbury and Long Melford, see our Sudbury page.
Villages where Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire meet, from Sturmer and the Bumpsteads to Linton just over the county line. For Cambridge and south Cambridgeshire, see our Cambridgeshire page.

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL FILE
A clear route. From the start.
01
Agree what the film must do
Tell us who will watch it and what you want them to do next. We turn that into a short brief, with lengths and versions agreed before filming.
02
Plan the day
We agree locations, timings, contributors, site safety and anything that must stay out of shot, so filming fits around your working day or event.
03
Film efficiently
We guide interviews, film the work and the setting, and keep the crew compact so staff, customers and guests can carry on around us.
04
Edit, review and deliver
Editing brings the footage together with agreed sound, colour and graphics. Two rounds of feedback lead to final versions for every channel you need.
CLEAR RATES. A PROPER SCOPE.
Know the scope. Know the cost.
Build the production around what you actually need.
A single interview and a production across several locations call for different plans. A good Haverhill video production company should explain the filming, crew, editing, travel and specialist requirements before you book.
These are our current production rates. We explain how they apply to your brief, including the final versions and review stages included.
Yes. Haverhill is about 19 driving miles from our base in Great Cornard, Sudbury, and we film across the town, Kedington, Withersfield, Clare, Cavendish, Steeple Bumpstead, Sturmer and the surrounding villages. Share the address and preferred date so we can confirm availability.
Have you filmed in Haverhill before?+
We have not published a project filmed in Haverhill itself yet. Our nearest work is a presenter-led property film and photography in Cavendish, about ten miles east along the Stour valley, for Edd Callegari Personal Estate Agent. Other nearby examples include a showroom launch in Witham for Kesseler Kitchens and a CEO interview in Cambridge for Opul Life, and every project on this page is labelled with where it was filmed.
How much does video production in Haverhill cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.
How is travel to Haverhill charged?+
Travel is calculated from our base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Haverhill, Kedington, Clare and Steeple Bumpstead are all within 25 driving miles one way, so travel is charged at £0.55 per mile for the estimated round trip. Parking and other location costs are agreed separately.
SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
Can you film in factories, laboratories and warehouses?+
Yes. We plan around site inductions, safety rules, PPE and areas that must not be filmed, and agree timings so production or lab work carries on. Tell us about any confidentiality requirements and we will build them into the brief.
Can you film our launch, open day or staff event?+
Yes. For Kesseler Kitchens we used two videographers to cover a showroom launch in Witham, including the mayoral opening, speakers and cooking demonstrations. We plan the same way for any event: agree the running order, the people who must be filmed and the moments that matter most.
Can you add drone footage?+
Yes, where the location, airspace and weather allow. Drone filming added to a production is £199 for the first allocated drone hour, then £49 per hour. We check airspace and permissions before confirming any aerial shots.
Do you make property videos around Haverhill?+
Yes. Our Cavendish film for Edd Callegari starts with the village green, historic buildings and community before moving into the house and garden, and comes with a matching photography gallery. We can plan a property film in Haverhill, Clare or the border villages in the same way.
Can you film weddings near Haverhill?+
Yes. We film ceremonies and receptions at churches, register offices, hotels, barns and marquee venues across Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, and plan around each venue's rules on filming and the timings of your day.
How long does it take to receive the finished video?+
It depends on the edit, but we agree a delivery date before filming. Shorter social clips can be quicker; longer films with several interviews take more editing time. You get two rounds of feedback before final delivery.
