We agree which scenes require suitable weather and whether indoor alternatives, a revised schedule or another date are practical. Any additional visit and its costs should be settled before it is booked.
Yes. We agree a separate still-image shot list and allow for it in the crew and timetable. A photograph created for print or a website is a planned deliverable; a frame taken from a film is not an equivalent replacement.
Send the filming address, preferred date, people involved and the audience for the film. Explain the decisions it should help viewers make and the versions you need. We can develop the production approach from that starting point.
Filming starts at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete scope, including preparation, travel and any specialist requirements. No VAT is currently added to our prices.
For bookings within 25 driving miles of our base, travel is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Beyond that distance, travel is £49 per hour of estimated round-trip driving time, with mileage waived. Parking, tolls and accommodation are separate where required.
