THE BRIEF
CAPTURE THE CELEBRATION
Platinum Cleaning asked us to cover their staff summer party in Ipswich. It was a straightforward brief: capture the atmosphere, the team and the BBQ without getting in the way of the day.
We spent two hours photographing and filming the event, giving the team space to enjoy themselves while we collected the natural moments that make an internal celebration feel like their own.
Once the work was done, we were invited to stay, enjoy the food and join the party. The result is an honest set of images and a short film that reflects the relaxed, welcoming feel of the afternoon.

THE SHOOT
TWO HOURS, PLENTY OF MOMENTS
For a company event, the best coverage comes from being present but unobtrusive. We moved between the conversations, the food and the more lively moments, collecting enough variety for both the photo album and the film.
There was no need to overcomplicate the production. The party itself supplied the energy; our job was simply to notice it and preserve it well.
