Country, city, exact venues and a local contact. Flag location changes, restricted areas and any access arrangements still to be confirmed.
Who needs to appear, when they are available and what language they will use. Identify who can approve the story and any translated wording.
Filming dates, travel days, setup access and the important moments. Leave room for transfers, weather and a workable backup plan.
Main film, full recordings, short edits, captions and deadlines. Set the deliverables before travel so the shot plan supports the final edit.
We agree who is arranging venue access, local support and any destination-specific production requirements before confirming the shoot.

The filming rate is one part of an international production.
Our standard production rates provide a starting point. Your overseas quote also accounts for the agreed preparation, travel days, flights, accommodation, local transport and equipment arrangements.
We confirm the destination, schedule, crew and editing scope together. Any local support, language versions or specialist work is agreed as part of that brief.

Practical answers for your overseas production.
Yes. Tell us the destination, dates and production brief. We assess the schedule, travel, access and local arrangements before confirming availability and a complete quote. We are based in Suffolk and Essex and travel for agreed international projects.
Our destination wedding work includes Finca Mas Solers near Barcelona, Spain, and Château Sentout in Bordeaux, France. Sam also has personal commercial filming experience in Thailand for Tesco’s F&F clothing brand and Assign. The wedding examples and Sam’s commercial experience are identified separately on this page.
We set out the production scope and travel arrangements together. Depending on the brief, this can include preparation, filming, editing, travel time, flights, accommodation, local transport, equipment transport and agreed local support. The destination and schedule determine the complete cost; standard filming rates alone are not an overseas package price.
As early as you can, especially where dates are fixed. Share provisional information if the venue or programme is still being finalised. We can identify the decisions needed before a booking is confirmed and build travel and setup time into the proposed schedule.
Yes, when the timetable allows. We can scope interviews, supporting footage and short social edits within one production, or plan filming across more than one address. Moving locations, setting up and recording sound all need time, so we agree priorities before the shoot.
Yes. A named contact who knows the venue, contributors and programme helps us prepare. We agree responsibilities for site access, schedules, contributor arrangements and any local production support before travelling.
These can be included in the brief. Tell us the languages, audiences and review process. Translation, interpreting and language approval need to be scoped explicitly; we agree who supplies and checks the wording before producing the final versions.
Tell us the location and shots you have in mind. Any aerial work is assessed separately for that destination and site before we confirm it as part of the production. Ground filming can be planned independently.

We agree the delivery schedule, main contact and review stages before filming. You can review the edit remotely and send consolidated feedback. Required durations, captions, aspect ratios and additional versions are included in the agreed editing scope.
