When you already have a producer, creative direction or an editor, you need filming that fits the plan. We work with agencies, production companies and in-house teams to capture useful, well-organised material without adding another layer to the project.

Commissioned via AMWORLD / Mitchell & Stones, our London shoot combined a two-camera interview, three-point lighting and gimbal B-roll. One videographer completed the shoot in four hours.

Agency collaboration: this commission brought together location filming and a finished corporate testimonial, working within the AMWORLD / Mitchell & Stones brief.

Tell us what needs to match: camera system, lenses, resolution, frame rate, colour profile and sound. We confirm the actual package for the booking so your editor knows what to expect.

Working within your team

Your producer or director can lead the creative brief. We agree the client-facing role, on-set contact, confidentiality and any white-label arrangements before filming.

A handover your editor can use

Agree original files, audio, folder structure, transfer method and deadline at the outset. Raw-footage transfer is a separate quoted item under our current pricing; the booking should make the deliverables explicit.

One operator or a wider crew?

A seated interview may suit one videographer and two or three camera angles. Simultaneous rooms, a moving event or a demanding audio setup can need additional people. We scope the crew around what must be captured continuously, then confirm the roles and costs.

Operator hours, agreed equipment, travel, additional crew and footage delivery all affect the quote. Editing can be added when you need a finished film as well as the original material.

The practical
questions.

Can you work under our agency brand?

Yes, we can discuss a white-label arrangement before the booking. Agree how the crew will be introduced, who communicates with the client, confidentiality and whether any project material may be used publicly.

Can we book filming without editing?

Yes. A shoot-only brief needs an agreed footage handover, including file specifications, transfer method and delivery timing. Raw transfer and any preparation are included explicitly in the quote.

Do you supply equipment with the operator?

We confirm the equipment package for each brief. Share any required camera system, lenses, audio setup or existing footage that needs matching. Specialist equipment and additional crew are assessed separately.

Can one person run several cameras?

Where the scene is controlled, up to three cameras can work with one videographer. Fixed cameras cannot replace active operators when subjects move, rooms overlap or coverage needs continuous adjustments.

Where can you travel?

We are Suffolk based and work across the UK. Travel, access and any accommodation are agreed around the location and schedule.
