Before someone enquires, they are trying to imagine the arrival, the room and the experience. A beautiful photograph can catch their eye. A useful sequence helps them understand what is actually on offer and whether it suits their visit.
For a Newmarket venue or hospitality business, we plan the photographs around the information a guest needs. That might mean distinguishing room types, showing how an indoor space connects to a terrace, or separating the everyday setting from a dressed event arrangement.

NEWMARKET / PLANNING AN EQUESTRIAN BRIEF
For an equestrian business, start with the yard.
If your Newmarket brief includes horses, ask the responsible owner or yard manager to define the permitted areas, handling arrangements and suitable times. A planned portrait of a team member and photographs of facilities may be straightforward; access to training activity is a separate conversation.
Tell us what the photograph needs to communicate before choosing a setup. We work within the handler's instructions and agree whether additional lighting is appropriate. This page does not claim racecourse, training-ground or equestrian-client commissions.

Allow for housekeeping and maintenance before the appointment. Agree the bed, table or seating arrangement that customers will actually be able to book.
A usable outdoor window
List the garden, terrace or entrance views you need and which depend on weather. Decide in advance whether to prioritise interiors or rearrange exterior coverage if conditions are unsuitable.
A truthful seasonal picture
Summer grounds and a winter event setup may need separate visits. Select images that represent the offer being advertised, rather than implying that every detail is available throughout the year.

The quote will distinguish the spaces and setups to photograph, any planned people photography, finishing, agreed usage and delivery. Styling, participants and venue access responsibilities should be clear before the date is booked.
Our team comes to Newmarket from Great Cornard near Sudbury. Send the venue address and the room, yard or grounds contact rather than just a postcode. Several buildings, restricted access or a narrow gap between bookings can change the time needed.
Within 25 driving miles of the quoted base, travel is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Beyond that, mileage is waived and estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour. Parking, tolls and other necessary travel costs are agreed separately.

Can you photograph several room types in one visit?
Yes, if the rooms can be prepared and made available in the agreed sequence. Send a room list with the important differences, and allow time for lighting and camera-position changes between them.
Can you photograph during a changeover between bookings?
We can plan around a realistic access window. Tell us when cleaning will finish and when guests arrive. If there is too little time for the required rooms or setups, we will discuss a smaller brief or another date.
What happens if the grounds need sunshine?
We identify weather-dependent views before booking and agree a contingency for those photographs. This may mean prioritising interiors or arranging separate exterior coverage. Any extra visit and its cost must be agreed.
Can you photograph horses or an equestrian business?
We can discuss a brief with the responsible owner or yard manager. Permissions, handlers, safe positions, timing and the suitability of lighting need to be agreed before confirming the work. We do not assume access to training grounds or racing facilities.

How do we include staff or guests in the photographs?
Choose the participants and explain the intended image uses beforehand. We can plan a short staff session or agreed activity alongside the premises photographs. Guest involvement should be arranged by the organiser, not assumed from their presence.
