One presenter, properly produced.
A webinar needs less kit than a conference and the same care. Click through: the difference between a laptop webcam and a produced talk is light, sound, slides and a steady connection.
Camera and light. The presenter is lit and framed like an interview, with a teleprompter available so they can speak to the lens naturally.
Sound. A dedicated microphone and a person listening on headphones, so every word arrives clearly.
Slides and mix. Slides come straight from the computer and are cut with the camera, so viewers see the presenter when it matters and the slide when it matters.
Encode. The programme is encoded for the internet with a backup connection ready. A full-quality recording runs alongside the stream.
Your audience. The stream reaches your viewers where they already are, with a private page where the event is not public.

What internet connection do you need?
A wired connection is best. Where there is none we bring bonded 4G/5G and test it on site before the event; we will tell you in advance if a venue cannot support a reliable stream.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook and private password-protected pages, including several at once.
Can we have a recording afterwards?
Yes. Every stream is recorded locally in full quality and can be edited into a highlights film or chapters.
Can you do this at our office?
Yes. A meeting room with a plain wall and a wired connection is enough; we bring the rest.
Can the presenter read from a script?
Yes. A teleprompter sits in front of the lens so they can read while looking at the camera.
Where do you provide this service?
We are Suffolk-based and work across Essex, London and the UK. Post-production is handled at our studio, so you can send material from anywhere in the country.
