PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY / A COMPLETE VIEW
The best view is only the beginning.
A listing needs more than one attractive room. Viewers need to understand the living space, where the garden sits and which details make the property worth exploring. For an agent or owner preparing a Bury St Edmunds listing, a considered set of photographs makes those decisions easier.
We discuss the property before the visit: the rooms that matter most, the direction of the main windows, the state of the garden and anything that cannot be photographed. This gives the session a clear purpose and helps you prepare the building for the camera.

NEARBY WORK / BROCKLEY, SUFFOLK
One home. Inside, outside and in between.
Vancouver is a property in Brockley, near Bury St Edmunds, photographed for estate agent Edd Callegari. Its stills collection includes the home, living spaces and grounds. The property’s setting is an essential part of the picture, so it earns its place alongside the interiors.
The selection below stays with this one property in the nearby village. Look at how the wide kitchen view, the furnished rooms and the garden answer different questions, while the choice of light and viewpoint keeps the collection connected.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
A property that is ready photographs differently.
Before a visit in Bury St Edmunds or the surrounding villages, agree these practical details with the owner, occupant or agent.
Make the rooms accessible
Confirm keys, alarms and someone who can authorise access. List rooms that are occupied or excluded, put away personal paperwork and decide which furniture or possessions should stay in the frame.
Check the windows and grounds
Tell us which exterior matters most and when direct sun reaches it. Prepare blinds, curtains and internal lights; arrange outdoor furniture and clear vehicles from the view where practical. Weather-sensitive work needs an agreed alternative.
Bring the publication brief
Share the agent’s image requirements or the business’s intended layouts. A property portal, printed particulars and a venue website may need different framing. Agree the selection and export formats before the photographs are processed.

VIEWPOINT / LIGHT / FINISH
Space should feel believable.
A wide view is useful when it explains a room. It becomes distracting when the furniture seems stretched or the photograph hides the way the space works. We pay attention to viewpoint, vertical lines and the balance between the windows and the interior.
Our Edd Callegari brief included multi-exposure property photography. For your building, we agree the finishing needed to present rooms clearly. If you require object removal, extensive repair work or specialist architectural coverage, identify it when requesting the quote.

BEFORE THE BOOKING
Questions worth asking.
Is the property shown on this page in Bury St Edmunds?
The photographs show Vancouver in Brockley, a village near Bury St Edmunds. They were commissioned for Edd Callegari. We identify the nearby location throughout rather than suggesting that this was a town-centre property.
Can an estate agent arrange the photography on an owner’s behalf?
Yes. Please nominate the person who can approve access and preparation, provide the full address and confirm the required publication formats. Agree who will review the photographs and receive the finished files.
What should be ready before you photograph the interiors?
Rooms should be accessible, with the owner’s preferred furniture arrangement in place. Remove items that should not be published, including personal documents, and tell us about sensitive rooms or belongings. We discuss lighting and window coverings as part of preparation.
Can you photograph gardens as well as the building?
Yes, when the grounds are included in the brief. Tell us which areas or features need attention and whether weather or seasonal presentation is critical. Any separate visit is agreed and priced before it is booked.
Do you photograph commercial premises and venues too?
We can scope interior and exterior photography for a business or venue. Explain the spaces, operating hours and intended uses. The Brockley examples on this page are residential property work; they are not presented as proof of a local hotel or venue commission.
Does a photography booking automatically include a drone or property film?
No. Aerial stills and property filming are separate scope items. Let us know what each needs to show so we can confirm feasibility, equipment, time and price. The gallery here is still photography; the linked Edd Callegari case study contains the wider mixed-media production.
