HOW THE STREAM IS BUILT
From the stage to the screen.
Click a stage to see what happens at each step. Every conference stream we run follows this chain, with a backup at the point most likely to fail: the connection.
3 cameras. We position and operate the cameras so the online audience sees the speaker, the slides and the room, not a single fixed view.
Slides and sound. Slides are taken directly from the presentation computer and sound from the venue desk, so both are clean rather than filmed off a screen.
Vision mix. A vision mixer cuts between cameras and slides in real time, adds names and titles, and keeps the programme moving.
Encode. The programme is encoded for the internet with a backup connection ready. A full-quality recording runs alongside the stream.
Your audience. The stream reaches your viewers where they already are, with a private page where the event is not public.

WHY IT MATTERS
The online audience is often the bigger one.
Delegates who could not travel, members overseas, staff on other sites: the stream is their only seat. It needs to be as clear as being there, with the slides readable, the speaker audible and the programme on time.
We have filmed conferences and business shows for years; streaming adds the connection, the switching and the discipline of going out live. We bring all three.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your questions,
answered.
What internet connection do you need?
A wired connection is best. Where there is none we bring bonded 4G/5G and test it on site before the event; we will tell you in advance if a venue cannot support a reliable stream.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook and private password-protected pages, including several at once.
Can we have a recording afterwards?
Yes. Every stream is recorded locally in full quality and can be edited into a highlights film or chapters.
Can remote viewers ask questions?
Yes, through the platform’s chat or Q&A, relayed to the host by our team or yours.
Can you add sponsor logos and name captions?
Yes. Lower thirds, holding screens and sponsor loops are built before the day.
Where do you provide this service?
We are Suffolk-based and work across Essex, London and the UK. Post-production is handled at our studio, so you can send material from anywhere in the country.
