PHOTOGRAPHS WITH A PURPOSE
A membership body wants its annual conference documented, from the first speaker to the reception, with images ready for the newsletter and next year's sponsor pack. A logistics business on one of the town's business parks needs its people and site photographed for a careers page. A professional practice needs partner portraits that sit neatly beside each other online. Each job comes with a constraint – a fixed programme, a working warehouse floor or a diary with fifteen free minutes.
We haven't photographed in Northampton or Northamptonshire yet. Our nearest event work is the Hamplified charity rugby festival at Rugby St Andrews RFC in Warwickshire, around 22 miles from Northampton. The conference photographs on this page come from the My Home Life England anniversary in London, and every image is labelled with the client and the place it was taken.

↗TEAM PHOTOS AND HEADSHOTS
The group photograph was taken at Platinum Cleaning's staff summer party in Ipswich; the portrait is from our Hive Kids staff commission in Stowmarket. For a Northampton business we would agree a single look first – background, crop and light – so team photos and individual headshots sit together on your website, LinkedIn and bid documents.
We can photograph the whole team in one visit and keep a note of the set-up, so anyone who joins later is photographed to match.

CONFERENCE / LONDON
For My Home Life England's 20th anniversary at City St George's, University of London, we photographed a daytime conference and the evening reception that followed: speakers, discussion from the tables, guests and the celebration itself. The same day was also recorded on video.
This was a London commission, not a Northampton one. It shows how we work at a conference with a fixed programme – the approach we would bring to a seminar, AGM, awards night or sector event in Northampton.

PHOTOGRAPHY RATES
£249first hour per photographer
£99 for each additional capture hour. Additional retouching is £49 per hour where required.
No VAT is currently added to our prices.

Quotes are built from the time we spend photographing, the number of people, areas or products, and any retouching you ask for. Travel is worked out from our base in Great Cornard, Sudbury: Northampton is well beyond 25 driving miles, so there is no mileage charge, and the estimated return driving time is billed at £49 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
We cover Northampton town centre and its business parks, plus Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering, Corby, Daventry, Towcester and the villages in between, travelling from our base near Sudbury. Send the address and a short brief when you get in touch.
Within 25 driving miles of the quoted base, travel is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Beyond that, mileage is waived and estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour. Parking, tolls and other necessary travel costs are agreed separately.
PLANNING YOUR SHOOT
Not yet – we have no published shoots in Northampton or Northamptonshire. Our closest event work is the Hamplified rugby festival at Rugby St Andrews RFC in Warwickshire, about 22 miles from Northampton. The conference images on this page are from London and are labelled as such.
Yes. We work from your programme, agree which speakers, sponsors and sessions must be covered, and photograph the room, the questions and the networking as well as the stage. A small same-day selection for social media can be agreed in advance.
Yes. We set up one consistent background and light at your premises, photograph each person in a few minutes and check the result with them. Anyone who joins later can be photographed in the same style.
Yes. We follow your inductions and PPE rules, work around vehicle movements and agree areas that must stay out of shot, so the operation keeps running. Aerial photographs are possible where airspace and site rules permit.
Yes. We cover arrivals, speeches, winners and the atmosphere of the evening. At Platinum Cleaning's summer party in Ipswich we delivered 300 edited photographs and a short film from two hours of coverage.
Yes. At the My Home Life England anniversary we recorded the conference on video and photographed the day, and at Hamplified a photographer and a videographer worked side by side. We can plan combined coverage for a Northampton event.
