QUIET, PRIVATE, RELIABLE
A small setup that stays out of the way.
Ceremonies need the opposite of a big production: one or two discreet cameras, a tested connection and a private link. Click through the stages.
Discreet cameras. One or two cameras placed with the celebrant or officiant, operated quietly from a fixed position.
Clean sound. A small microphone where the words are spoken, so vows, tributes and readings are heard by everyone online.
Encode. The programme is encoded for the internet with a backup connection ready. A full-quality recording runs alongside the stream.
Private link. Guests receive a private link and password. The stream is never listed publicly, and we remove it afterwards if you wish.
Recording. The ceremony is recorded in full quality for the family, and can be edited into a film with the rest of the day.
WHY IT MATTERS
Distance should not mean missing it.
Family abroad, a grandparent who cannot manage the journey, a friend in hospital: a private stream lets them be present for the vows or the tribute, in real time, without a camera crew changing the feel of the day.
We arrange everything with your celebrant, funeral director or venue, confirm the connection beforehand and keep the setup as small as the occasion asks.

Includes agreed setup time, a tested connection plan and a rehearsal where the schedule allows. Platforms: YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and private viewing pages. No VAT is currently added to our prices.

Is the stream private?
Yes. A password-protected link that is never listed publicly, shared only with the people you choose.
Will the venue allow it?
Most churches, crematoria and venues do, with notice. We liaise with them about positions and connections.
What if the venue has no internet?
We bring mobile data and test it beforehand. Some chapels have poor signal; we will tell you early if a live stream is not realistic and offer a same-day recording instead.
Can you film the rest of the day too?
Yes. See wedding films and funeral and memorial filming.
Where do you provide this service?
We are Suffolk-based and work across Essex, London and the UK. Post-production is handled at our studio, so you can send material from anywhere in the country.
