When a family wants a recording, the practical arrangements should be clear and gentle. We discuss the service, the moments you would like preserved and where cameras can be placed, then coordinate with your nominated contact and the venue.
A recording can include the ceremony and tributes where permission allows. If people need to follow remotely as it happens, discuss live streaming separately so connection, access and privacy can be planned.

Practical details about funeral & memorial filming.
Will filming interrupt the service?
We plan positions and sound beforehand with the venue and nominated contact, aiming to minimise movement and distraction. Any restrictions are agreed before coverage is confirmed.
Can relatives watch live?
Potentially. Live streaming needs a separate plan for the venue connection, sound, viewing access and privacy. Please mention it when you enquire so we can assess the requirements.
Can you include photographs and tributes?
We can discuss a memorial edit using selected photographs, recordings and approved text. Tell us what material is available and the intended audience.
Will you publish the footage?
The intended use and permissions are agreed with you. A private family recording should not be treated as permission for public portfolio or social use.
Where do you provide this service?

How is the project priced?
The quote reflects preparation, crew, filming time, editing and the agreed deliverables. Travel and any specialist requirements are considered separately. See our current production rates and videographer cost guide, then send a brief for a scoped quote.
When will the finished work be delivered?
We agree a delivery schedule and review stages before production. Tell us about a fixed launch or event deadline at the start so we can allow for editing, feedback and the required versions.
