Coverage that gives the edit choices.
Multiple cameras help preserve a continuous performance or conversation while giving the audience a closer view. The useful question is not simply how many cameras to bring, but what each one needs to capture and whether it requires an operator.
We can use up to three cameras with one videographer where the setup suits the job. Moving subjects, simultaneous rooms and complex stage coverage may need more crew. See conference filming and performance filming for different applications.

Keep sound continuous
We plan microphones or venue feeds around the event and monitor the recording. Camera changes should not change the listener’s sense of the room or interrupt the words they need to hear.
Match the edit
Synchronised footage, consistent colour and deliberate cutting create a coherent finished film. Full recordings and highlights are different deliverables, so we agree both before filming if you need them.

Practical details about multi-camera filming.
Does three cameras mean three operators?
Not always. Some setups suit one videographer with two fixed cameras and one operated camera. Other productions need an operator on each position. We assess movement, access and reliability before recommending a crew.
Can you film several rooms simultaneously?
Yes, with a production plan and crew for the overlapping sessions. A single operator cannot actively cover different rooms at the same time.
Is multi-camera recording the same as live streaming?
No. A recorded production is edited afterwards. Live streaming also needs live switching, a delivery platform and a suitable connection, with its own technical plan.
Where do you provide this service?

How is the project priced?
The quote reflects preparation, crew, filming time, editing and the agreed deliverables. Travel and any specialist requirements are considered separately. See our current production rates and videographer cost guide, then send a brief for a scoped quote.
When will the finished work be delivered?
We agree a delivery schedule and review stages before production. Tell us about a fixed launch or event deadline at the start so we can allow for editing, feedback and the required versions.
