A TYPICAL PROPERTY FLIGHT
Planned on the ground before we leave it.
Every property flight is a small plan: the reveal of the house, the boundary of the land, the approach a buyer would drive and the context around it. The animated path shows a typical pattern.
- A reveal shot that places the house in its setting
- Boundary and plot shots that make the land legible
- Golden-hour timing where the brief allows
- Stills and video from the same flight, delivered ready for listings and brochures

WHY IT MATTERS
Buyers decide from the air first.
On a listing, the aerial image is often the one that gets the click. It answers the questions a floor plan cannot: how big is the garden, what is next door, how does the house sit in the landscape.
We fly for estate agents, developers and private owners, and combine aerial work with ground photography and video so a property is presented as one piece.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your questions,
answered.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our operators hold current CAA qualifications and we carry public liability insurance for drone operations. We check the airspace and obtain any permissions before we fly.
What if the weather is bad?
We check forecasts the day before and reschedule if wind or rain would make the flight unsafe or the footage poor. Rescheduling for weather is free.
Can you fly near people or buildings?
Within the rules for our aircraft and qualifications, yes. We plan each flight around the site, the people present and the airspace, and will tell you early if something is not permitted.
Can you combine the flight with ground photography?
Yes, and it is usually the best value: one visit, one consistent set of images.
How soon can we have the images?
Edited stills within a few working days; video clips and edited films are scheduled with you.
Where do you provide this service?
We are Suffolk-based and work across Essex, London and the UK. Post-production is handled at our studio, so you can send material from anywhere in the country.
