A FILM WITH A PURPOSE

Help the right people picture themselves there.

A recruitment film should do more than say that a company is a great place to work. Let people see the setting, hear from colleagues and understand the responsibilities. We plan a film around the questions applicants would ask before choosing to apply.

The approach draws on natural interview filming and brand storytelling, while keeping the vacancy and candidate journey at the centre.

THE WORK IN CONTEXT

Chrome Telecoms / Winchester Golf Academy

Chrome Telecoms / Winchester Golf Academy project

Chrome Telecoms is a broader corporate reference for filming real people and a working environment. It is not presented as a recruitment commission.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BRIEF

From the first idea to the finished film.

A realistic view of the role

Show the tasks, team relationships and working environment that define the position. We discuss what can be filmed safely and honestly, including any shifts, travel or practical conditions applicants should understand.

People, not prepared slogans

Short colleague interviews can explain why the work matters and what a new starter should expect. We give contributors clear themes and time to settle, without asking everyone to repeat the same message.

A route to the application

Finish with an appropriate next step and plan where the film will appear: a careers page, a specific vacancy or social recruitment posts. Keep changeable dates and job details easy to replace.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your questions,
answered.

Practical details about recruitment video production.

Can one shoot cover several roles?

Yes, if the people, locations and activities can be scheduled together. We agree which material is shared and which roles need separate interviews or demonstrations.

Can you make short recruitment adverts?

Yes. We can plan concise edits for the channels you use, with captions and appropriate framing. Advertising spend and campaign management are separate from filming unless expressly included.

Should staff memorise their answers?

Usually no. A conversation produces more natural answers. We can share topics and help contributors give concise explanations without scripting their personal experience.

Where do you provide this service?

We are Suffolk-based and work across Essex, London and the UK. Share the location and access requirements when you enquire. Our Suffolk production, Essex video production and London filming pages explain our coverage.

How is the project priced?

The quote reflects preparation, crew, filming time, editing and the agreed deliverables. Travel and any specialist requirements are considered separately. See our current production rates and videographer cost guide, then send a brief for a scoped quote.

When will the finished work be delivered?

We agree a delivery schedule and review stages before production. Tell us about a fixed launch or event deadline at the start so we can allow for editing, feedback and the required versions.
