A Southend business puts on a summer party to thank its staff. A restaurant on the seafront reopens after a refit. A charity runs a fun day. Each one produces photographs for the website, social media, recruitment adverts and next year's sponsor pack, but only if someone is there to take them properly.
We travel to Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, Shoeburyness and Rochford from our Suffolk and Essex bases. The photographs on this page come from our wider portfolio and are labelled with the client; none of them is presented as a Southend shoot.

We still agree the must-have shots first: the owner's thank-you speech, the team group, the sponsor's banner. Once those are covered, the rest of the time goes on the moments that make the day feel like it did.

A good set mixes wide photographs that show how many people came with closer ones that show what it felt like to be there. We plan both, and we deliver a quick selection for social media if you want to post the same evening.

Planning a Southend event shoot.
Before the day
Send the running order, the venue address and a list of anyone who must be photographed. Tell us about any guests or children who should not appear.
On the day
We arrive before guests to photograph the space and the set-up, then follow the running order and fill the gaps with natural photographs.
After the day
You receive an online gallery to choose from and download, with an agreed quick selection first if you need it for social media.
PHOTOGRAPHY RATES

£249first hour per photographer
£99 for each additional capture hour. Additional retouching is £49 per hour where required.

We quote the capture time, the number of people or set-ups and any agreed retouching. Event photography is priced by the hours of coverage; a quick social media selection can be agreed in advance.
We cover Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, Thorpe Bay, Shoeburyness, Rochford, Hockley and Rayleigh. Seafront and outdoor events depend on weather and light, so we agree a wet-weather plan with you beforehand.
Within 25 driving miles of the quoted base, travel is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Beyond that, mileage is waived and estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour. Parking, tolls and other necessary travel costs are agreed separately.

Can you photograph our staff party or company day in Southend?
Yes. Send the date, the venue and the running order, and tell us about any speeches, awards or group photographs you need. We price by the hours of coverage.
Do you only take posed photographs?
No. We take the few posed groups you need, then spend most of the time on natural photographs of people enjoying the event.
What happens if an outdoor event is rained off?
We agree a wet-weather plan with you in advance, such as moving the group photograph indoors or rescheduling outdoor shots, so the important photographs are still taken.
Are the photographs on this page from Southend?
No. They are from Platinum Cleaning's summer party and are shown as examples of company event photography from our wider portfolio.
Can you photograph children at a community event?
Yes, with the organiser's consent arrangements in place. We agree how parents are told about photography and who should not be photographed before the day.
Can you film the event too?
Yes. A photographer and a videographer can cover the same event, giving you stills and a short highlight film from one booking.
