THE CHAIN BEHIND A SWITCHED STREAM
Three cameras, one programme.
Click through the chain. The difference between a webcam and a produced stream is the switching: wide, close and reaction, cut live by someone watching the event.
3 cameras. We position and operate the cameras so the online audience sees the speaker, the slides and the room, not a single fixed view.
Vision mix. A vision mixer cuts between cameras and slides in real time, adds names and titles, and keeps the programme moving.
Graphics and playback. Videos, sponsor loops and name captions are played in from the desk so the programme feels complete.
Encode. The programme is encoded for the internet with a backup connection ready. A full-quality recording runs alongside the stream.
Your audience. The stream reaches your viewers where they already are, with a private page where the event is not public.

WHY IT MATTERS
Viewers stay when the picture moves with the event.
A single locked-off camera is fine for a meeting and wrong for an awards night, a product launch or a performance. Cutting between cameras keeps the online audience engaged and shows the moments a wide shot misses: the reaction, the detail, the person at the back.
We run up to three operated cameras with one vision mixer for most events, and scale up with additional crew for larger productions.

What internet connection do you need?
A wired connection is best. Where there is none we bring bonded 4G/5G and test it on site before the event; we will tell you in advance if a venue cannot support a reliable stream.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook and private password-protected pages, including several at once.
Can we have a recording afterwards?
Yes. Every stream is recorded locally in full quality and can be edited into a highlights film or chapters.
How many cameras do we need?
Two covers most talks and ceremonies; three gives reactions and detail for awards, launches and performances. We advise from your running order.
Can you stream and film at the same time?
Yes. The cameras feed the stream and record in full quality, so the edited film comes from the same shoot.
Where do you provide this service?
We are Suffolk-based and work across Essex, London and the UK. Post-production is handled at our studio, so you can send material from anywhere in the country.
