We photograph in Woodham Ferrers and can plan assignments in nearby South Woodham Ferrers and the wider Chelmsford area. Send the precise address and any access arrangements with your brief. Our team travels from its Suffolk base; travel and the scope of coverage are set out in your quote.
Within 25 driving miles of the quoted base, travel is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Beyond that, mileage is waived and estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour. Necessary parking, tolls and other travel costs are agreed separately.

Have you photographed a project in Woodham Ferrers?

Can you work while our normal activities continue?
Yes, when the brief and setting allow. We agree priority activities, any areas or people to avoid and a contact for the day. A documentary approach works best when the schedule gives us time to observe rather than repeatedly stop the activity.
Will you use flash in a care home?
The lighting is chosen for the people, space and brief. At Eastham we used a 100W continuous video light bounced off the ceiling instead of flash. We assess your rooms and discuss any restrictions before deciding on the setup.
Can we include staff portraits and facilities in one session?
Yes. We can allocate time for portraits, wider spaces and natural activity coverage within one agreed brief. The number of rooms, people and different setups determines how much time is needed.
How do you handle who can appear in the photographs?
Before the session, agree your organisation’s permissions and intended image use, identify anyone or any area that must not be photographed, and nominate a member of staff to guide us. We work within the instructions agreed for the booking.
Do we receive every photograph?
We agree an edited selection and its intended uses in the quote. The public Eastham gallery is a 50-image showcase; it is not a standard delivery limit for other bookings. File sizes, additional retouching and delivery timing are agreed for your project.
Can the same project include video?
Yes. Tell us what you need from both stills and film. We plan time and crew around the activities that happen simultaneously rather than assume one person can cover everything at once.
