We’re a Hampshire video production company for businesses and organisations, turning real conversations, working environments and live events into clear, engaging content. We help decide what to show, who to hear from and how to make the most of the time on location.
From the energy of a business exhibition to the detail of a customer’s experience. See how we build the coverage around the story.
HAMPSHIRE BUSINESS SHOW / EVENT FILM
One event. More than highlights.
Speakers, exhibitors and the conversations between them all contribute to a business show. Our coverage brings those elements together, with a main event film and separate interviews and testimonial material.
Planning around the programme keeps unrepeatable stage moments covered while leaving room to capture the exhibition floor and hear from the people attending.
At Winchester Golf Academy, director Gary Booth explained the business’s experience with Chrome Telecoms. A Hampshire videographer from our team used a carefully lit interview and clear recorded sound gave his account space to lead the film.
Footage of the reception, café, retail space and driving range placed the conversation in context, showing the working environment behind the testimonial.
Introduce a service, share a customer’s experience or give an event a life beyond the day. The purpose comes first; the format follows.
01
Corporate & customer films
Let people understand your business through the people who use it. Combine a clear interview with footage of your team, service or customer’s workplace to put their experience in context.
Bring together speakers, exhibitors and the atmosphere of the day. Plan highlights, interviews and individual sessions around the running order and the content you want afterwards.
Give contributors time to tell their story naturally. We help with the questions, setting, lighting and sound so the conversation stays clear and comfortable on camera.
Build interest in a service, launch or campaign. Plan a main film and shorter edits together, including the framing and aspect ratios needed for each channel.
Show the spaces, welcome and activity that visitors can expect. A mix of practical detail and atmosphere helps audiences picture the experience before they arrive.
Introduce a school through its people and everyday learning. We plan contributors and coverage with your team, working around the timetable and agreed permissions.
If you need a Hampshire videographer, our team travels from our Essex and Suffolk bases. Your office, venue or customer’s premises becomes the setting, with the schedule built around the people and activity we need to film.
For an interview, that may mean finding a quiet room before the working day gets busy. For an event, it means knowing the running order and the moments that cannot be repeated. Travel, access and the filming plan are agreed before we arrive.
Our Chrome Telecoms customer film at Winchester Golf Academy pairs an interview with the everyday activity of the venue. It is a practical example of showing a service through the experience of a real customer.
For business events, offices and venues, we plan around the running order and the people available. Interviews and supporting footage can share a filming day when the schedule gives each enough time.
A workplace film should make sense of the setting as well as the service. We discuss site access, quieter interview spaces and the details that help an audience understand what happens there.
We cover northern Hampshire for interviews, company films and events. Where several sites or contributors are involved, we coordinate the route and filming schedule before confirming the production scope.

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL FILE
Well prepared. From the start.
01
Find the story
We discuss the audience, purpose and where the video will be used. A customer’s experience, a business milestone or an event programme gives us a starting point.
02
Prepare the day
We agree locations, contributors, the schedule and deliverables. Access, sound, crew and travel are planned together, with the essential shots clearly identified.
03
Film with purpose
We guide the interviews and capture the activity that supports them. At events, we work around the programme and keep the agreed priorities in view.
04
Shape and deliver
We edit the story, refine sound and colour, and add the agreed graphics. Feedback and final versions follow the scope agreed for your project.
CLEAR RATES. A PROPER SCOPE.
Know the scope. Know the cost.
Build the production around what you actually need.
A customer interview and a busy exhibition need different amounts of crew time and editing. A good Hampshire video production company should explain the coverage, final versions and travel allowance clearly before you book.
These are our current production rates. We will explain how they apply to your project before you book, including which versions and review stages are included.
Do you provide video production across Hampshire?+
Yes. We film for businesses, organisations and events across Hampshire, including Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Fareham, Basingstoke, Farnborough and Andover. Our team travels from our Essex and Suffolk bases; we do not have a Hampshire office. Travel and availability are confirmed for your filming address.
How much does a Hampshire video production cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. Your project quote sets out crew time, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, based on the coverage and final videos agreed.
Have you filmed projects in Hampshire before?+
Yes. Our work includes event coverage for Hampshire Business Show and a customer film for Chrome Telecoms at Winchester Golf Academy. The latter combines an interview with director Gary Booth and footage of the venue’s working environment. Both projects are featured on this page.
Can you film interviews and event highlights together?+
Yes, with a suitable schedule and crew. We agree the key sessions, interview opportunities and coverage before the event. If important moments overlap, we discuss additional operators or a different plan so the required material can be captured.
SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
How should we prepare people for an interview?+
We discuss the topics and purpose in advance, then help contributors feel comfortable on the day. A quiet setting and time away from other responsibilities make a difference. We guide the conversation and can pause or repeat an answer when needed.
Can you provide shorter edits for social media?+
Yes. Tell us which channels and formats you need before filming. We can plan a main film alongside shorter versions, allowing for the different framing, captions and messages each edit needs. Deliverables are included in the agreed scope.
How is travel to Hampshire charged?+
Travel is calculated from the agreed operating base. Beyond 25 driving miles, it is £49 per hour of estimated round-trip driving time and mileage is waived. Within 25 miles, the rate is £0.55 per round-trip mile. Parking, tolls, congestion charges, ferries and accommodation are separate where required. We confirm the allowance in your quote.
Can photography or drone filming be included?+
We can scope either alongside the video, with suitable crew and time. Photography is a separate deliverable rather than a set of video frames. Drone filming depends on the site, airspace, weather and required permissions, which we consider when planning the shoot.
Why work with a Hampshire videographer?+
A Hampshire videographer who prepares around the actual venue can plan access, sound, contributors and the moments that cannot be repeated. We discuss those details with you before travelling so the filming day has a clear and workable schedule.
What should a Hampshire video production company provide?+
A Hampshire video production company should provide a clear scope for preparation, filming, crew, editing, review stages and final versions. Travel and any specialist requirements should also be explained before you book.
