A conference produces more than one film. The full sessions, a highlight edit, speaker interviews and short clips each need a place in the filming plan.
We’re an event videographer for London conferences, AGMs, launches, awards and anniversary events. We travel in from our Suffolk and Essex bases, work from your running order, and agree the outputs before the day so the right moments are covered.
One commission at City St George’s, University of London: a daytime conference and an evening celebration, filmed and photographed.
CITY ST GEORGE’S, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON / MY HOME LIFE ENGLAND
Two decades of work. One day to record it.
On 8 July 2026, My Home Life England marked its 20th anniversary with a two-part event at City St George’s, University of London: a daytime conference followed by a celebration of the organisation’s work.
We recorded the programme with multiple cameras, filmed interviews and soundbites from contributors, cut a highlight film and photographed the day. The film here focuses on the London daytime conference.
London venues run to tight schedules. We ask for the supplier entrance, load-in time, security procedure and the name of the venue contact, so setup is planned honestly rather than squeezed into the first session.
If you want a sound feed from the venue’s AV desk, or need to know where cameras can stand without blocking sightlines, we agree it with the venue’s technical team in advance. We do not have a London office; we travel in for each booking.
My Home Life England’s anniversary conference at City St George’s combined formal sessions with a celebration. We planned around the programme, the rooms and the outputs needed afterwards.
Ballrooms and function rooms often have house AV, fixed staging and strict load-in times. We work to the venue’s schedule and agree camera positions with their team.
Town halls, launches and internal events in your own building need access passes, quiet rooms for interviews and a plan for people who prefer not to be filmed.
Send the venue, date and outline running order. We’ll confirm the crew, outputs and travel allowance before you book.
