A Norwich business or education film needs its own subject, audience and reason to exist. We build around the people who can explain the organisation and the activity that helps viewers understand what being there is like.
This page focuses on workplaces, education, interviews, music and city events. Our Norwich work includes the Partners in Crime music video at Cecilia’s Cocktail Bar and photo and video coverage of Foodies Festival Norwich for Jellyshotz, alongside Norfolk projects for Sentry and The Royal Countryside Fund.
Real projects filmed in Norwich and Norfolk, labelled by where they happened: Partners in Crime at Cecilia’s Cocktail Bar in Norwich, Sentry’s films across Norfolk farms, the Sustainable Agriculture Bursary film in Norfolk and Jake and Lisa’s wedding at The Norfolk Mead. The King Edmund School film was made in Essex and is included as an education example.
NORWICH / CECILIA’S COCKTAIL BAR
A working bar, lit for the night.
For Norfolk singer Jake Aldridge’s Partners in Crime, we filmed inside Cecilia’s Cocktail Bar in Norwich during a daytime window, using LED tubes, light wands, smoke and fog to create the after-dark look. We provided the videography, lighting design, atmosphere effects and the edit, then finished with an exterior performance beside two classic American cars.
Sentry commissioned two films for exhibition use across a number of working farms in Norfolk. We coordinated ground-level filming with drone coverage, capturing machinery, crops, seed handling and the wider landscape. A model for a Norwich business film that needs to show scale as well as detail.
The Prince’s Countryside Fund, now The Royal Countryside Fund, commissioned a one-day partnership film with Jordans Cereals in Norfolk. Stakeholder interviews, recipient testimonials, presentations and an agricultural visit gave the bursary a clear human story.
Jake first worked with us on his music videos. When he married Lisa at The Norfolk Mead in Coltishall, just outside Norwich, he asked us back to film the day, a relaxed solo-videographer film shaped around the people at its centre.
The King Edmund School’s Sixth Form film brings students, subjects and facilities together. This Essex production is our education example, showing how interviews and everyday activity can make an institution easier to understand. A reference for Norwich schools, colleges and recruitment films.
An office, campus and event venue each place different demands on a filming day. For Norwich projects, we plan room access, contributor times and movement between buildings before agreeing how much can be covered.
Recruitment films work best when contributors can describe specific experiences. We help structure the questions and supporting footage around the role, course or organisation, with a clear route for feedback and approval.
SUFFOLK & ESSEX BASED · TRAVELLING TO YOUR LOCATION
City workplaces, bars & venues
Allow for team schedules, quiet interview space and real activity that can be shown on camera. At Cecilia’s Cocktail Bar we filmed in a controlled daytime window and used lighting to create the night-time mood.
Education & research settings
Agree institutional permissions, contributor availability and factual review with the organisation commissioning the work.
Norwich events & wider Norfolk
We covered Foodies Festival Norwich for Jellyshotz with a photographer and a videographer, and filmed Sentry’s work across several Norfolk farms. We travel from our Suffolk and Essex bases.
Our Suffolk base is Great Cornard, near Sudbury. We also operate from Great Horkesley, Colchester. Explore our Norfolk coverage.

USEFUL ANSWERS
Before your Norwich shoot.
Practical details about planning, evidence, pricing and deliverables.
Do you provide video production in Norwich?+
Yes. We travel to Norwich from our Suffolk and Essex bases. Share the actual address, date and brief so we can confirm availability, travel and the production approach.
How does this differ from your Norfolk page?+
This page focuses on Norwich business, education, music and events. Our Norfolk page covers the wider county, including Sentry’s farm films and our work for The Royal Countryside Fund. Every example is labelled by where it was actually filmed.
Can you film an event in Norwich with both photo and video?+
Yes. For Jellyshotz at Foodies Festival Norwich we sent a photographer and a videographer together, so the client had stills for immediate posts and a highlights film afterwards. We plan both around one brief.
Do you film music videos in Norwich?+
Yes. Partners in Crime for Jake Aldridge was filmed at Cecilia’s Cocktail Bar in Norwich, with our own lighting, smoke and fog. Send us the track, your locations and any reference ideas and we will scope the shoot.
SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
Can you film across several sites in Norfolk in one project?+
Yes. Sentry’s two exhibition films were shot across several working Norfolk farms, combining ground cameras and drone footage. We plan the route, access and the purpose of each site before confirming the schedule.
Where were the projects on this page filmed?+
Partners in Crime was filmed at Cecilia’s Cocktail Bar in Norwich, and our Jellyshotz festival coverage included Foodies Festival Norwich. Sentry’s exhibition films were shot across working farms in Norfolk, the Sustainable Agriculture Bursary film was made in Norfolk, and Jake and Lisa’s wedding film was shot at The Norfolk Mead in Coltishall. The King Edmund School film was made in Essex and is shown as an education example.
What should I send for a Norwich quote?+
The sites involved, the people taking part, the date and how the film will be used. For an event, include the programme and venue contact.
Can one videographer cover a Norwich shoot?+
A single videographer suits interviews and supporting footage. For events with several rooms, or a full day across multiple buildings, we may suggest a second operator.
Can you photograph staff, students or events?+
Yes. We plan photography as its own brief, such as headshots, people at work or event coverage, alongside the film.
How do you handle consent in education settings?+
We work with your safeguarding and consent arrangements and only film people who have agreed to appear. Anything that must stay out of shot is agreed before filming.
Is travel to Norwich more expensive?+
Norwich is further from our Suffolk base than most of our Essex work, so the quote includes a longer travel allowance. For early starts, we confirm whether overnight accommodation is sensible.
How much does Norwich video production cost?+
Filming starts at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete scope, including preparation, travel and any specialist requirements. No VAT is currently added to our prices.
