We’re a video production company for Stowmarket and Mid Suffolk, about 20 miles up the road from our Sudbury base. One day at camp. Films, interviews and photos.
Hive Kids booked us for one full day at its children’s summer workshop camp in Stowmarket. The brief was more than a promotional film: short activity films, interviews with children and instructors, activity photography and staff headshots for the website.
Planning it as one connected shoot meant every part of the marketing brief came from the same day – the same kind of content day a Stowmarket school, club or attraction can book.
Edd Callegari wanted buyers to picture living somewhere, not just see the rooms. We filmed each town or village first, then a presenter-led tour, drone views and a photo gallery – an approach that suits a home in Stowmarket, Needham Market or a Mid Suffolk village.
Platinum Cleaning asked us to cover its staff BBQ. We photographed the people behind the business and cut a short montage it can use to thank the team and show who they are.

How much does video production in Stowmarket cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.
How is travel to Stowmarket charged?+
Travel is calculated from our Sudbury base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Stowmarket and Needham Market are within 25 driving miles one way, so travel is charged at £0.55 per mile for the estimated round trip. Parking and other location costs are agreed separately.

Can you add drone footage?+
Yes, where the location, airspace and weather allow. Drone filming added to a production is £199 for the first allocated drone hour, then £49 per hour. We check airspace and permissions before confirming the shot list.
Can you film our staff party or company event?+
Yes. For Platinum Cleaning in Ipswich we photographed and filmed a staff summer BBQ and delivered a short montage alongside the photographs. We can do the same for an event, open day or celebration in Stowmarket or nearby.
Do you make property videos in Mid Suffolk?+
Yes. For Edd Callegari Personal Estate Agent we made presenter-led films that introduce the town or village before the property tour, with drone views and photography. Homes in Hadleigh, Ipswich and Brockley near Bury St Edmunds are shown in the case study.
Can you film weddings in and around Stowmarket?+
Yes. We film ceremonies and receptions at churches, barns, marquees and hotels across Suffolk. Harriet and Luke's film from All Saints Church, Ramsholt, shows how we balance a lively party with the quieter moments.
Can you provide photography as well as video?+
Yes. At the Hive Kids camp in Stowmarket we took activity photographs and staff headshots alongside the films. We can add a photographer to any video shoot or book photography on its own, using the same first-hour and hourly rates.
How long does it take to receive the finished video?+
It depends on the edit, but we agree a delivery date before filming. Shorter social clips can be quicker; longer films with several interviews take more editing time. You get two rounds of feedback before final delivery.
