A graduation combines formal moments that happen once with celebrations around them. We agree whether you need a continuous ceremony recording, a highlights film, interviews or a combination, and allocate cameras and crew around those priorities.
Our school and education video production provides the wider context. Multi-camera recording can help maintain a complete view while capturing individual stage moments.

Keep the formal record clear
A wide view, useful close coverage and intelligible names and speeches are central to a ceremony recording. We discuss how presentation lists, titles and chapters will be supplied and checked.
Capture the celebration
Interviews, group moments and atmosphere outside the ceremony can form a separate highlights edit. If these overlap with continuous stage coverage, additional crew may be needed.

Practical details about graduation filming.
Can you record every graduate crossing the stage?
We can plan continuous stage coverage when that is the agreed deliverable. The venue layout, running order, camera positions and audio arrangements need to support it.
Can you include names in the edit?
Yes, if you provide an accurate, approved list and confirm the format. Checking spellings and matching the sequence should be included in the review process.
Can you stream the ceremony?
Discuss ceremony streaming when you enquire. It requires a suitable connection, a viewing plan and technical preparation alongside recording.
Where do you provide this service?

How is the project priced?
The quote reflects preparation, crew, filming time, editing and the agreed deliverables. Travel and any specialist requirements are considered separately. See our current production rates and videographer cost guide, then send a brief for a scoped quote.
When will the finished work be delivered?
We agree a delivery schedule and review stages before production. Tell us about a fixed launch or event deadline at the start so we can allow for editing, feedback and the required versions.
