A customer story, a working process, an event or a campaign that needs to feel real.
We’re a Brentwood video production company for organisations that want a useful film rather than content for its own sake. Our team travels from our Suffolk and Essex bases down the A12, and we plan the day around the address, access, contributors and the purpose of the finished video.
We already film close by: two programme days at The County Hotel in Chelmsford, community outreach in Chelmsford, and a live performance night in Basildon. Each project below is labelled with where it was made.

CHELMSFORD, ESSEX / MY HOME LIFE
Two programme days. Captured without changing the room.
We filmed two My Home Life England professional development days for care leaders at The County Hotel in Chelmsford. The coverage stayed observational so honest discussion carried on as normal, and participants explained the value of the programme in short interviews.
It is a good model for a Brentwood firm’s training day, conference or client event.
One videographer followed Maxy Boy through his appearance at Show Me Love in Basildon, from arriving at the venue to the set and the crowd, edited as a vlog with social cut-downs. It suits a Brentwood venue, launch or gala night.
We filmed Opul Life’s church outreach days in Chelmsford and Colchester, then combined them with a CEO interview into a corporate film with supporting photography. A useful model for a Brentwood adviser, charity or community organisation.
If you need a Brentwood videographer, our team travels from our Suffolk and Essex bases. We cover Brentwood, Shenfield, Hutton, Warley, Ingatestone, Mountnessing and Doddinghurst, with each schedule built around the people and activity at the actual location.
Offices and schools need access, consent and quiet interview space agreed; venues and events need sound and timings planned. We sort these before the filming day.
Professional firms, independent shops, restaurants and offices around the High Street and Kings Road, with the Brentwood Centre on Doddinghurst Road for larger events. We plan filming around opening hours, parking and the people involved.
Commuter-belt offices, schools and family businesses close to Shenfield station, where the Elizabeth line and Great Eastern trains make it easy for London contributors to join a shoot.
Business centres, head offices and venues on the edge of town, minutes from the A12 and the M25. A useful base for a conference, training day or a film that also needs footage at a London site.
Villages, country-house venues and rural businesses north of the town, with Weald and Thorndon country parks offering open settings for interviews and promotional shots.
Also covering Kelvedon Hatch, Blackmore, Navestock, Herongate, West Horndon, Pilgrims Hatch and surrounding villages. Share the address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability. FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL FILE
A clear route. From the start.
01
Start with the purpose
Tell us who the film is for and what it needs to achieve. We turn the idea, event or business need into a focused brief.
02
Plan the location
We agree access, contributors, parking, filming time and the final versions. Offices, schools and venues get their safeguarding, site rules and any no-filming areas agreed before the day.
03
Capture the right material
We guide interviews and film the activity, details and wider setting that support them. The crew and schedule fit the working environment.
04
Shape and deliver
Editing brings the footage together with agreed sound, colour and graphics. Feedback stages lead to the final versions for your chosen channels.
CLEAR RATES. A PROPER SCOPE.
Know the scope. Know the cost.
Build the production around what you actually need.
A single interview and a production across several locations call for different plans. A good Brentwood video production company should explain the filming, crew, editing, travel and specialist requirements before you book.
These are our current production rates. We explain how they apply to your brief, including the final versions and review stages included.
Yes. We travel from our bases in Sudbury, Suffolk and Colchester, Essex, and cover Brentwood, Shenfield, Hutton, Warley, Ingatestone, Mountnessing, Doddinghurst, Kelvedon Hatch and the surrounding villages. Share the exact address and preferred date so we can confirm travel and availability.
Have you filmed near Brentwood before?+
Yes, nearby. We filmed two My Home Life programme days at The County Hotel in Chelmsford, community outreach days in Chelmsford for Opul Life, and Maxy Boy's live performance at Show Me Love in Basildon. We have not yet filmed in Brentwood itself, and each project on this page is labelled with where it was filmed.
How much does video production in Brentwood cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.
How is travel to Brentwood charged?+
Travel is calculated from our Sudbury base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Brentwood is more than 25 driving miles away, so mileage is waived and the estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Parking and any other location costs are agreed separately.
SHOW MORE QUESTIONSSHOW FEWER QUESTIONS
Can you film at a school or college?+
Yes. We agree safeguarding, consent and which students can appear on camera with the school before the day, keep the crew small so lessons carry on normally, and the school approves the edit before anything is published.
Can you film a conference or training day without disrupting it?+
Yes. For My Home Life's programme days in Chelmsford we stayed observational, so honest discussion carried on as normal, and recorded short interviews with participants during breaks. We plan camera positions and quiet interview space with the venue first.
Can you film and live stream an event?+
Yes. We can record a conference, AGM or launch with several cameras and stream it to an online audience at the same time. Livestreaming starts at £349 for the first on-location hour, then £99 per hour, and we confirm the venue's internet connection and audio feed before the day.
Can one videographer handle a small shoot?+
Often, yes. One videographer can run up to three cameras for interviews and smaller events. For a larger conference or a launch with several things happening at once, we recommend a second operator, which starts at £249 for the first hour and £99 per hour after.
Can drone filming be included?+
Often, subject to the exact location. Brentwood sits under busy London airspace, so we check the airspace and any restrictions before confirming aerial shots and ask for any permissions needed. Drone filming added to a production starts at £199 for the first allocated hour.
Can photography be booked alongside the video?+
Yes. We can send a photographer and a videographer to the same event or shoot, so you get stills and films from one booking. Photography uses the same hourly rates as filming.
