From backstage to the dancefloor. One videographer, one night.
We filmed Maxy Boy’s appearance at Show Me Love in Basildon as a vlog-style story: arriving at the venue, conversations around the event, the moments before the set and the change in energy once the crowd took over. One videographer covered the night, and the edit works as a long-form film and as short social cut-downs.

How much does video production in Basildon cost?+
Our current filming rates start at £249 for the first on-location hour per operator and £99 for each additional hour per operator. Editing is £49 per hour. We quote the complete project around crew time, filming, editing, travel and any specialist requirements, and no VAT is currently added to our prices.
How is travel to Basildon charged?+
Travel is calculated from our Sudbury base (CO10 0JA) using driving routes. Basildon is more than 25 driving miles away, so mileage is waived and the estimated round-trip driving time is charged at £49 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Parking and any other location costs are agreed separately.

Can you film a live music night or club event?+
Yes. One videographer can follow an artist or brand through a night, from arrival and soundcheck to the set and the crowd, as we did for Maxy Boy at Show Me Love. We agree access, lighting and any filming restrictions with the venue first, and can deliver a long-form edit plus short social cut-downs.
Can you film at a factory, warehouse or industrial site?+
Yes. We follow your site's induction and safety rules, wear the protective equipment you require, and agree any confidential areas that must not appear on camera. You approve the edit before anything is published.
Can you film and live stream a conference or awards night?+
Yes. We can record a conference, AGM or awards night with several cameras and stream it to an online audience at the same time. Livestreaming starts at £349 for the first on-location hour, then £99 per hour, and we confirm the venue's internet connection and audio feed before the day.
Can one videographer handle a small shoot?+
Often, yes. One videographer can run up to three cameras for interviews and smaller events. For a larger conference or a launch with several things happening at once, we recommend a second operator, which starts at £249 for the first hour and £99 per hour after.
Can drone filming be included?+
Often, subject to the exact location. London Southend Airport is not far from Basildon, so we check the airspace and any restrictions before confirming aerial shots and ask for any permissions needed. Drone filming added to a production starts at £199 for the first allocated hour.
Can photography be booked alongside the video?+
Yes. We can send a photographer and a videographer to the same event or shoot, so you get stills and films from one booking. Photography uses the same hourly rates as filming.
