Capture a process in stages so the edit can explain it: arrival, decision, action, detail and outcome. Generic people-at-laptops footage should not replace the activity that makes this organisation different.
Use exterior time selectively
Gather a wide establishing shot, one movement shot and a few details that unmistakably connect the film to Ipswich. Wait for safe, uncluttered moments rather than recording long takes of incidental passers-by.
